Spikeyj; it’s the best thing I’ve done, the two of them are so blatantly trying to disrupt everything. I prefer to listen to every view but DR in particular is impossible to hold a conversation with he never answers questions and just blurts our totally irrelevant responses. I’d recommend everyone to filter him and see if we can have a better bb tomorrow, he’s really not worth talking to.
@DR; I think it’s a bit low to bring people’s families into things. By all means we know you’re out to disrupt every post and that’s your choice but that’s going a bit too far imo. Even you must have some standards.
@IKN; what do you mean with this, sorry I’m totally confused?
“Weirdly how EUA had no idea the owners of such shareholdings but were prepared to go to court for such🤭… “
“What work for a very well run professional outfit and has saved shareholders so much nonsense it’s unreal 👏”
@DR; it’d be worth you calling up EUA and letting them know. Haven’t they, Link & the Takeover panel been trying to find out who own the EUA shares for years? Amazing that you’ve managed it in less than a week 😂🤣🤔
@DR; what are you so scared of? You’re acting like a child, anyone can pretend to have more knowledge & sit and say that’s rubbish etc but you never vpback it up with anything!
If the TG group is so good & obviously a wealth of knowledge which I’m not disputing, why are you posting on here constantly & not on your TG group? Seems like a waste of time to me or is it more a reflection on you as a person?
This is what his LinkedIn states
Petros Zapitis

I am aiming to build and maintain a strong and pro-active relationship with our clients, based on mutual trust and respect. Committed to be responsive to clients’ needs and provide reliable services and solutions tailored to our clients’ specific requirements.
@DR; I bow down to your superior knowledge & detective skills. It’s a shame you’re not willing to share your knowledge with anyone else though. Kind of says a lot about you doesn’t it. It’s weird that since this document was found last week not one person mentioned Marendo Investments Limited yet now you’re claiming to know all about them. I’m guessing the TG group have been discussing it all this time but didn’t want to say anything about it!
@outofreach; There’s a defo link with Cyproman Services Limited and Marendo.

https://24glo.com/en/cy/company/registrar/marendo-investments-limited/317803.html
If you look on the CPM team section Elena Chrysanthou is Subject Matter Expert - Legal Administration for CPM and also and named as alternative Director for Marendo.
Petros Zapitis is ex director of Marendo and the person who contacted EUA/Link and down as a compliance officer with CPM.
Both companies have the same address in Nicosia, it’s probably a trust company or similar so that’s as far as I can go, would be nice to know more but these companies are set up to make it difficult to find out more. As I said to you on FB, I could ask someone who used to work in offshore trusts but mentioning anything connected to EUA is a delicate subject 😳
TBOB; I’m not sure what your point is, I’ve got the document and been through it, highlighted what I think are the main parts of the document & shared on here gave my thoughts and I happen to think this Moreno development will be great news for EUA. Trying to get more details on that point and then get accused of spreading FUD, with another stating “wait till they find out who owns Moreno”. Maybe I’m different but why doesn’t someone just share that info with us, it’s clearly not top secret and possibly important. Yet it’s me that has an agenda 😳
@Scuba; I find it amazing that they aren’t interested in who owns these shares, if it’s Morendo it’s got to be great news for EUA as it ends the QVL & Mispare case. The fact that some 6 months from this revelation the company still don’t know who actually owns the shares doesn’t seem to appear to trigger any questions with them? Surely the ownership could be proved very easily.
@ Trowtech; why is posting reference a document which originated in the Telegram Group posting FUD? Maybe if people in that Group shared the info & their opinions on it instead of keeping it to themselves we’d all have a better understanding of it.
Instead of posting smart ass comments why don’t you enlighten us to your thoughts or even knowledge of the matter?
I couldn’t care less what anyone thinks of me on here or anywhere else, it matters not a bit to me. All I want to know is wtf is going on with EUA.
This is all I can find on Marendo

Mr Zapitis now works for these (same address as Morendo I think)

@Toffers, this is the full text, I’m fully aware documents can be altered hence why I’ve sent it to the company to ask for their opinion. If you have access to the Facebook Eurasia Mining Shareholder group you can download the full document.
94A.2 Petros Zapitis, identifying himself as a former director of Marendo Investments Limited, wrote to Link and the Company by an email of 12 January 2023. Mr Zapitis’s email stated that Marendo had agreed to buy the Claimants’ shares in the Company, that instruments of transfer had been executed, that Marendo had paid for the shares in July 2017, and that Marendo had become the owner of the shares. Mr Zapitis asked Link or the Company to issue share certificates to Marendo. Mr Zapitis’s email therefore raised questions about the ownership of the Claimants’ shares in the Company.
@ IKN
I wonder why Marendo waited 5.5 years before asking for certificates. They also never declared their holding to the Takeover panel for the OPDs, ie the Opening Position Disclosures as required by the Takeover code. You’d think with a possible EUA asset sale in the making they’d have been very keen to get everything in place.
@Scuba; I’ve no idea, it was in PDF format and has all the court stamps etc, it still had all the amendments showing in Green/red which I thought would not be in a document for a court but wtf do I know? This Marendo addition is very strange though and if true adds a massive spanner in the works.
