The RNS did say "The Upper Court Rejected",

I did think that GF said in a recent presentation that there was adequate cash- he did give an amount- but i can't find presention now.

It states " Yesterday the Upper Court rejected the Bank Creditors appeal ("the Ruling"), and once the Ruling is effective (up to one week from the date of publication), the interim order is annulled, and DEV's original petition is valid." As I interpret that the appeal has been rejected by the Upper Court and one week from that date the ruling is effective. That is yeserday or today.

After this and as announced in August and September 2020, the Bank Creditors filed and had an interim order approved by the State of São Paulo Upper Court ("Upper Court"). Yesterday the Upper Court rejected the Bank Creditors appeal ("the Ruling"), and once the Ruling is effective (up to one week from the date of publication), the interim order is annulled, and DEV's original petition is valid. This will allow the recommencement of port operations and the shipment of iron ore stockpiles.

EMH up 5% and HAS up 20% in OZ

As I read the RNS DEV's petition is valid today.

I think a little cautious given value of Hastings and BCN. I thought upto £10m each and I do think HAS and BCN/Ganfeng will want to buy JVs

ERY roughly based on CURRENT mining schedules my CONSERVATIVE valuation (and everyone has their own) is:

Yangibana JV: 5% of HAS Mcap = £6-7m
Sonora JV: 5% of BCN Mcap = £7-8m

Only good news. The appointment of two non-exec directors with excellent records. Potential upside? A doubling is certainly very possibe, a ten-bagger.

All the below are incorrect.
JVs with Hastings and BCN and 11% of EMH.

Three holdings = 106M*
15% of #EMH = 16M
30% of Hastings = 44M
30% of #BCN = 46M (even after 23% drop)
*some dilution exp w/ placings

I re-listened to KM on ********** Podcast and he gave the historical value of Amapa as $600m which places a value on KFNC's 27% of £115m. KDNC's shares in EMH are worth about £14m.
KM mentioned JVs but gave no indication of values. BCN is valued at £150m and HAS is valued at £130m. I'd like to know value of JVs but I have read through annual report and other information on website but cannot come to any conclusion. Anybody else any ideas???

The most that can be lost per share is 0.4p and the potential upside is ??? . Could Alba be a 10 bagger?

What value does that place on Sonora?

I'd love to know value of JVs but I can't find out terms. Does anybody know?
KDNC has 30% of a chunk of Yangibana. Hastings has market cap £150m.
And also has 30% of Sonora . BCN which owns 50% of balance of Sonora after Ganfeng acquired other 50% and also has an interest in Zinnwald. Market cap of BCN is £104m.
I think JVs coulds be icing on cake.
