Gold and Silver’s historical ratio is way out of kilter. Gold can’t come down so wait for the seismic shift when silver moves up. When it moves it’ll happen quickly. ETF’s are reporting a “huge swelling up”of buyers for silver.

Talk across most industry commentators is of a giant oil price spike which can’t be avoided.

I’m ready to start buying more ZEN. I feel it’s a bit like sport day trials at school. Everybody hauled out of class to run races to see who gets in the final. The gun goes off, a few false starts, everybody gets techi. The build up is all forgotten because one guy always won all the races.
It’s difficult to get past the inevitable- it’s a big rig, it’s going to drill a big deep hole, we know the oil is there in vast quantities, we know what type of oil it is and we know the approximate pressures. The share price is going to go through the roof and with each successive well the share price should rise further.
My only dilemma is how much to invest?

If they issue $30million dollars worth of shares - you x by 0.8 for pounds= £24 million. Aaap shareholders stake is a maximum of 5% of the new company. 5% of 24 million= £1.2 million market cap, that’s a share price of 0.32 pence. After that they need working capital which gives massive dilution, that’s not bad in this case. Aaap is in a unique position for a small company wanting to grow rapidly. It doesn’t have to go out and get the contracts, the contracts are being thrown at them. To manage that, they need a lot of management experience in growing companies in Africa and access to shed loads of money (their London stock exchange listing). It’s definitely Lenigas’s area of expertise.

Yes, This RTO involves raising a lot of money to re- capitalise the new group. David Lenigas is a deal maker. There are enormous opportunities. And he is going to be making a lot of deals. The current shareholders will have to be swallowed up and sacrificed for the greater good. New money and new shareholders will be investing in a great new story. You can be part of the sacrifice or the great new story. You can be both if you want to hedge your bets. But it’s fairly clear what they intend to do in the RNS so you can’t say they didn’t tell you.

I also sold out a few weeks ago with a small profit. I can’t see how this will be any good for existing shareholders but may be worth looking at after the deal is done.

I was hoping it was going to be quick, but I fear it will take at least 12 months to build into a hundred bagger!

China is this morning starting to dig in for an extended trade war with the USA. China has a strangle hold on the world where commodities are concerned. Not just coming out of China, their investments around the world are everywhere. As far as I know they don’t control KDNC.

If this traded at 130million market cap would you be surprised? After a deal with a mega battery factory would a 1.3 billion market cap be a shock? Probably not! At 1.3 billion, after announcing a dividend would institutions start buying for their long term portfolio’s? It’s unusual that a disruptive technology like batteries, have a proven track record. The price could go anywhere.

EMH rising today on safe supply concerns. Battery factories need to guarantee their lithium supplies.

Lithium batteries are made up of 53% to 80% Nickel. That’s why the price of Nickle is going through the roof. Cobalt is the next biggest percentage and gives the battery stability. Lithium is probably 1% or less.
That’s why KDNC is invested in Nickel and Cobalt projects. The company is positioned smack on target for mega growth. Lithium is just the shop window branding description.
