yep Chesh you're right on both counts and yet we still remain here for the long term :)

simple really, just glace at the type of trades and how they cluster .. all the volume trades are "o" trades which indicates to me at least that it is PIs bailing out... this board and others have been negative for weeks and people clearly are now reacting to drops with reference to what they fear may be the truths posted about the company. that is why doing youre own research is absolutely essential and ignoring people like oilman is a start... good luck all

its self perpetuating … pi's are selling at any price on "o" trades in splurts which in turn drives the prices lower for speculative buy orders to be filled. so many off book trades going on hence the huge volumes …. holding off buys here for a couple of days its far too volatile atm

The vast majority of sells on the book are "o" trades and there is still some way to go here I am afraid on level 2. I am going to buy more but not yet as there are lots of sells orders below 21.8 on the book....

Touche’ DGR I’ll have that from you ... :) yes the SP is down but as the majority of investors here remain PIs probably on a margin then I think it helps to keep positive and if people have hidden agendas then ensure the board remains balanced... i for one am pleased with the progress and yes the finances were always going to involve difficult negotiations and maybe even some dilution but the fact remains this is an excellent project with an experienced BOD who, have deleivered thus far and will get us there even in what appears to be very difficult fund raising circumstances ... the cars remains compelling and I, for one remain resolute :)

Read the post DGR I have not sold any in fact bought more ... I remain happy with the investment case whereas the majority on here this week don’t appear to be so maybe your post should be directed at them

It’s a sure thing that the majority of PIs invested here read BBs and given the continual negativity of this board it is no wonder the SP continues to fall... why not try to focus on the positive aspects of this company instead of arguing about your interpretation of technicals ... after all the BOD and engineers are the experts with the facts to hand not us..... if I was a weak holder I’d have sold out after reading this weeks arguments ... self defeating really

I appreciate that joe but the only way to deal with this situation is to revisit all your share investment decisions and ask yourself if the company remains undervalued based on what you know today ... if the answer is no to any of them then it may be worth taking the hit but otherwise if a company remains funded for the short/medium term I’d stick with it no matter what.. the only issue going forward with companies is rising capital when they need to and any equity raise would have to be heavily discounted in this market .... PRD and other I hold seem to be isafe atm so I am being optimistic ...

Hi guys.... cheer up. In my portfolio knock out cup the bears are kicking the bulls ar*es 12-3 at the moment and I to, am about 14% down overall across the portfolio....

Although I think we may be in for a few more down days, given the geopolitical nonsense going on it cant get much worse unless Italy throws a wobbler and Trump pushes a big red button... I am hanging in here for the long term as too painful to sell and too stressful to buy....:)

its all about the continuing global market sell off, miners and commodities (apart from gold) are getting hammered and so are the tech sector stocks... people are just being risk adverse which is why it is so important to ignore the noise and revisit the reasons you invested....sitting on a significant paper loss here again and no doubt sit on a significant paper profit again in time.…...all part of the testing of investors resolve and mine remains unbroken even when my portfolio looks like a disaster movie car crash atm.... :)

Stix, fair point ...and they well not be, but given the antics of the past few months, they need to prove they are indeed being above board as everything so far has been smoke and mirrors

1. The company is being de-listed and as such it is free to stay private, relist anywhere in the world and also expand the share offering based on any revised NPV / costs / assets accumulated in the meantime... that means potential dilution in one form or another. FACT

2. The company has not stuck any one of the previous timescales for updates and still has not provided any updates on the mining licences, just another holding statement FACT

3. they had to release the RNS as people have been questioning progress and the two week notice to readmission FACT

4. They release it on a Friday afternoon and offer platitudes to callers, even the quoted RNS includes intentions not facts and "among other things" is that is not purposefully vague for no reason. If it was material to the interests of share holders should not all the RNS be crystal clear....

5. I have not seen one media interview / presentation

people need to wake up, read up on the process of de-listing and face the reality of the situation....FACT

I totally agree with you but we are in the minority here, best advice is to move on as some people cling to their hope no matter what the facts of delisting actually means for their investment ... there is a World of difference between suspension (protects shareholders) and de-listing (removes shareholders) and an AGM after a company delists is a pointless process given previous share holders have almost zero recourse to company assets ... Good luck I am done here

I don’t think the shares will sit dormant they will be wiped from your broker account and be retained only on the company register as an % .. it is my understanding that it is the responsibly of the company to allocate any new shares through brokers in the unlikely event of relisting. Happy to concede the point if anyone has first hand experience but that is my understanding of the position

I am not into re-ramping per se' and never would be, but, the BOD have not given a hoot about keeping investors informed all year and especially with the ENVIA fiasco... I have no confidence in this BOD and see this latest RNS as an attempt to increase the SP and announce intentions that will need finance. Smartlet has a point re the cash burn, reduced it may be, but cash burn is exactly that and with no income I don't see this a good investment unless you're a trader... GLA but the latest news states there is no factual news only wishful thinking and I wont re-invest on that...

As far as I can tell from L2, one MM dealing this and holding the price back despite the last six buys at full ask....reason I suspect is that there is a disclosed buy order at 7.50 sitting on the book for only 25,000 volume.. scandalous if you ask me.

the order book on level to is very light now ...just broker order on small volumes looking for margin buys / sells. Spread 6.25% so closing … looking ok
