Spot on Bronxville!! we are back in a trading range with volume sellers off loading 100k when they can. It aint going to 50 bag in fact a 3 bagger over the next nine months would be more than enough..

No debt ...7m is cash simple with transitional costs of approx 1.5m to reduce the headcount i beleive

It is all part of the general market panic... either you ride it out or buy some more as you go (which i am planning to do). The only stupid option in this markets is selling when the fundamentals haven't changed IMHO :)

Agree with that Andino... In my years if investing i have never comes across a company exec who is so open about the wider market dynamics in play and reassuring investors .. Most wouldnt bother so i tip my hat to Cathal for that. We know we have two larger legacy seller in play, if that is 10% of the compnay then so be it as long as investors know they will keep the faith in my book. Good on him.

i think it will re-rate, when is the question and yes the Mms may be flying blind if sell order arent placed through a brokerage. I suspect it is difficult to operate an effecient market in the face of it. A few interesting articles on MMs and dak pools on the web if you want to know more.

the only explantion i can think of Cmin is that the MMs are faced with dark pool sellers, i.e they dont know the origin or total olume fo the trade orders that appear on their books. This allows large sellers to place orders when they wish without regard to MMs knowing who they are or what total volume they may looking to move overall...

Comek2... that is laughable with all due respect.. :) I am as frustrated with the value disconnect here as anyone and given that we know there are circa 38.5m shares held link looking to overload it is fact; from simple chart analysis that the SP is being sold into volume from any gap up in the last three days.. That is fact and i am simply offering an opinion on it. If you noticed i didnt say to sell nor did i suggest an SP collapse so please, do yourself a favour and examine it objectively.

Bronx ... that will take weeks, if not months sadly. in the meantime traders won't bother and Cathal's newflow wont matter as poeple will expect it to fall back.Saw it in NFX all last summer and it is sould destroying so i think i'll just shove it in the bottom drawer for a few months...

yes i understand what you mean Moni... Cathal was pretty confident that jupiter were out a couple of week ago but you could be right they may be some residual dross to shift...We'll know when the bids start to rise and if it holds no doubt.. :)
