Yes I did last week and got a reply the same evening. He said much the same to me although mentioned that many staff were working from home at the moment but despite this there was apparently a lot of interest in the clinical challenge models etc. He stated that he appreciated people's frustrations but that they would start to provide PR over the next two weeks and that he had confirmed interveiws with proactive on 16th and 30th April.
One important point he made was that as soon as deals were made they would release that news to the market. Read intop that wahat you wish.

Venn and Orph and HVIVO are loss making as things stand. How long that last is another question but facts are facts as things stand. Cheers thou

Hence why i said FAUX rally ..... and if i sound like a day trader to you after being here for months then you really need to wise up to the need for actual investors to keep a very close eye on penny stocks. That is what I do watch and if the story changes or the risk profile does them I reassess. simple really

Andino... Very much a binary play then and i think that is how the market is now treating it.... Every rise sold off is another knock to investor confidence. I include my own resolve in that statement given the wider market faux rally......

Spence... Lets be honest about this. The webcast will mean aboluteley nothing unless he lands a contract and announces it beforehand. Yes he can talk well , but in this environment and the fact that billions are being invested into pharma and pharma services there is a need to land income contracts otherwise those investors who have faced dilution from three placings in the past nine months will start to walk.. That fact is that the SP performance has been dire since orph was created and it all cant be placed at the door of growth and aquisitions. As we know some aquistitions are disasterous and he needs to boost confidence that each part of the group is making progress not just HVIVO. He cant do this anymore unless the company secured further revenue and continues to cut costs..That is the only news i would take as encouraging, whilst the MMs take the price up only to facilitate sellers.. I give him another month or I will be joining them myself.

No i haven't either, that said my investment history is a lot shorter than yours. I gave up on live pricing some time ago with this share and recently tried to use only the bid price movement as a guide. Fully loaded as of this morning but dont rule out more volitility.

Hi Andino.. It is hard to say but the past fewm weeks on live pricing there have been cluster trades late reported which, in my veiw at least allows the MMs to maintian the bid price to acheive the sellers ideal sell price throughout the trading session. I have noticed they raise the offer price a lot and widen the spread in this way to try to attract buyers whilst mataining the margin for the sellers. Over the past month of so, until a couple ofweeks ago there have been large sellers as we know off loading at almost any price but recently this has been more stage managed and MMs are reporting trades maybe an hour or so after after the trade time, which in these volumes is deliberate not system related.. I could be wrong but i dont think I am, they use the same in reverse for taking the price down slowly.... I thin the wy the book is being run is a disgrace and have thought that for three months now :(

L2 you are not alone topped up twice below 6 but anything over 50k seems to be subject of MMs delayed reporting... the way the book is being run will put alot of people off atm....

I promise this is my final point to help people decide how the company may reports revenues.
Cost of sales means in the strictest sense -'the expense incurred for bought-in raw materials or components' (FT guide)
now if a company produces on a larger scale one can assume that economies of scale would mean that cost of sales would fall in proportion to increased sales.
So, if a companies costs of sales does not decrease as a proportion of revenue either their prodcution model is ineffecient or it is fixed. I asked myself what does bidstack actually produce that is not covered by fixed I.T assets and staff which is deducted from gross profit not revenues. Then i asked myself this, is the actual cost of sales acually a revenue sharing model and hence where the figure has been static in the last two sets of accounts? There is no abolsute clarity on the use of this vaugue term but we can assume it is a fixed cost for now and cant be reassessed until the accounts have to be published at year end (December at latest). Anyone think of any other reason it would cost 70% or revenue to place ads...

Thats my final point ...but the one hard lesson i leanrt so far in investing is that detail matters and if anyone wants to ask Mr Draper that question i'd be very interested to know the answer. Thats the last from me all, take care.

Yep.. 6.39 just paid for £3k worth...dont trust the book but it looks as thou we could be headign back to a more reasonable level..
