If the buy out happens before September the buyer will have 95% of development costs for free due to tax incentives so it will happen any day now. 31st August is the final date Corallian will cease to exist as their remaining portfolio will be bought out by RBD, so you would expect the money to be in the bank for both RBD and Corallian well before that IMHO. The final two paragraphs worry me though as i don't want us taken out until RBD decide the time is right.

Even in 2025 they are x4 higher than the average quoted for the initial Victory appraisal. Bodes well for the WN valuation, which is expected to be in production in 2025.

I am looking at double digit pence with that and Parta which will be largely funded by EU grants.

Good thing about the Victory sale will be that WN and Parta and the rest of the Corallian portfolio will massively increase in value as we will have the cash to develop further and hold out for the best price.

Our patience will be rewarded.

I had a read and it bored me to death it was their results and their situation prior to the merger and it was pretty dire.
