Yes that is one thing we are all gonna need with gas at 445 per therm the pressure is building by the day for companies trying to acquire developments and for governments to save their populace from the abyss and we are in the ideal place at the ideal time.

Looking good now for next step up before news. Gas now 405 per therm putting more pressure on governments and predators.
