Many on here hold far more, but a decent buy and the 10 million earlier a vote of confidence.

What really worries me here is if someone comes along and just takes RBD out at a chaep price, which has just happened with one of my other holdings DNL . The price was driven down from 80 odd pence to 10 pence and a take out at 27 pence all in six months.
Many similarities they spent all the cash and they and their shareholders took all the risk. The lad's really do need to get the SP/MCAP up. IMHO.

Buyer also has the FDP thrown in since they first approached approval of which is due in the next couple of months, if the buyer backs out there will be a queue of buyers waiting in the wings.

I would expect an RNS tomorrow morning updating us on the progress,if we don't hear anything this afternoon, but the sale is still very much on and we have not been given a date for completion. Simples.

Same here dude the pressure here is on the buyer, we are in the driving seat now as things have changed in our favour since the initial approach.

If it does not complete today i would expect an RNS tomorrow saying talks are ongoing and RBD will or will not receive 250k blah.blah,blah.

The 11 million odd could be a buy or a sell.

Could have been a buy from Friday as over NMS does not have to be declared/shown or if it part of a larger buy or/sell to be RNS'sed either way there is a lot of people taking it to the wire as well as the companies involved. Buy your shares cash and hold and then no need to worry about the day to day movements.

I will be honest i have no faith in any government formed in this country not now or ever TBH, but i do agree with SN on this that Truss is trying to push out the envelope, if she is elected however it might be a different story, but at present she is making the right noises.

My own opinion is we as taxpayers and human beings have been let down and lied to by conservatives, labour and a liberal/tory government all scum IMHO. All out of touch with reality.

The time period for the sale of Victory will not expire on 31/08.
However i agree with you that we should have an RNS regarding the situation overall, not just Victory related. ATB.

I know it is a bad way to make money.
It really doesn't bother me that much that our domestic gas bills are rising , although i do feel very sorry for those in financial hardship, but those poor Ukrainians are paying with their lives and they are all in a far more dire situation than the rest of Europe.

Judging by the price action today after the mini sell off over the last few sessions, things are looking very positive.
