Dog chasing biggest stick scenario. Customer loses as digital products s##t! Another sales person goes back and tells them that was wrong and switches them to something else. Paradigm of customer dissatisfaction and prompting deceit from their own staff! All while losing revenue and customers! Massively incentivising staff to bring new customers on for process to start again! Now under 300k paying customer s, i.e. directly from Yell!

They they bought and then recruited and then brought an American rival and showcased him around the UK with facts/figures of how many people were using Yellow Pages (directories) as opposed to online? Surveys were also done in other areas and the results were no different. In contradiction to that survey, another survey was conducted doing the exact same by an online provider yet, in stark contrast, their results were polar opposites? It is alleged that Hibu roped this guy in and 3rd party hoodwinked their hapless salespeople yet again to convince the unsuspecting businessman in the facts and figures which, allegedly, were falsified and fraudulent? Looks like its business as usual for Hibu. Continuing to lie and continuing to make slaves of the salesforce and make cowardly attempts to be Teflon coated!

Lol. What about senior managers standing up in meetings stating that sales staff (called cluster meetings in my time) couldn't lose? A lot of us invested at this point. One senior manager in another cluster was James Evans and Scottish colleagues confirmed this. He said no changes?. Or how about the sales staff getting reduced from 680 to 450 after deal and being told nothing about it? One manager in my old region (Newcastle has stepped down as they've had instructions to put everyone on performance management plans to get them out door! Or sales director Andy Chiltern highlighting average time spent to do job is 68 hours per week? Exploitation on scale unheard of. Have the press been made aware of this yet?

I agree that people are now earning money that weren't however disagree that hours aren't scandalous. Heard that ceo did survey and average person is working 76 hours! That is just slave labour plus having £60 off for every mistake. Goes from bad to worse. At least hibu have at least £50k to fight court action
Have heard that sales people who make minor errors in the complex sales process are being penalized financially.The total is over £50,000 in UK for September deducted from sales staff! Are they so cash-strapped that these exploited individuals are now being robbed? Don't know how true this is? Also that in North East 5 people left because of performance management! In other words staff cuts but too worried about public perception they're using mercenary means to get people to leave. Forced attrition of worst individuals!
Have heard that quite a number of sales staff have left because being squeezed like pimples. Have also heard that there have been people collaborating to take court action against them because of it. Don't know how true that part is but know first hand about squeezed part. Have heard that money continues to reduce and morale is in deficit?
Can't see more people getting paid off as they've already taken out hundreds of people, no doubt in prep for swap. also believe staff will have their share investment retained for newco? Not good for us though
Yellow pages still works very well as does yell.com. websites are average and they do good video offering. plus brand building display advertising and Google adwords? Customers are being looked after relatively well?

That’s by far the most pathetic tirade I’ve ever witnessed on here by an individual and you work for the company! This company sells sub-standard and third-party products and is way too late to gain foothold in a market that should have seen them flourish. Advertisers have lost all faith and their customer base is dwindling rapidly. I am the same as others on here and shocked that it’s still here at all? If Pocock thinks highly of you and the garbage you write then Hibu are F****D! I suggest that you butterfly a public apology?
