Being a relative novice..could somebody explain how a re-rate works?..is it just the broker re-valuating the business from current to future outlook?..taking into account of course liabilities so on so forth.

I think Capstone intentions should hopefully be a return on capital invested, and growth. If they have more influence on the direction of VAST then one would see this as positive?
