Let's say we apply for 1billion, settle for 750million after costs etc , best part of £5 a share . Hopefully a special dividend of say £4.50 and we leave a 50p per share in the pot! ..which is £77million plus!...maybe a special dividend of £4.75.....🤔🤔🤣

I was thinking what Shearclass wrote after Marks interview.

So if Mark was referring to PAT as a comparison (like for like) to Greenx POST BIT award.??,

In nice rounded up figures.

Green would be awarded circa 760mil

Add on current markcap £130 million

Let's say £ 900 million.

Greenx have 273 million shares (around 75% more than PAT !!!)

That would give an sp for greenx of around £3.00 per share.

Then we need to take the 75% into account to get a true comparison.

This would make PAT around £5.00.

I realise greenx might already have some of the award built into the sp, plus other variables.

I will take it on the chin if the above looks aload of rubbish..just my head calculations whilst walking the dogs.

If I didn't know any better( which I dont) it sounds like a sophisticated way for mms to make more money by driving the sp backwards.

The common sense way would be to open at the closing price and move the price straight up to account for info received after hours.

The bit I think I am missing is why fill in the gap?

Eg, Sp closes at 5p opens next day a 5.5p. The gap is 0.5p..why does the share price have to move back to 5p and rise thorough a trading day to 5.5p.?..(.or am I a million miles away)!

I would assume after hours news has moved the price, the only loosers are the sh that sold out at end of play at 5p?
