Ie no more games...and given that we expect news this month...and I think again somebody posted that within 2 months of officially notifying of arbitration a panel ( or something similar) needs to be formed..those dates make sense..

Jmuk...sorry I should have been clearer...I think the poster said/meant either out of court settlement done and dusted or on the cobfirmed road of arbitration

I think 'what's happening ' is actually news will be in by the end of March( so could be anytime).

I am sure somebody said on here a while ago MB had previously stated that he wanted the Bhukia issue wrapped up one way or another by June at the latest..if not before.

Bearing in mind many of us thought the Bhukia mining auction would have been pretty much in full swing by know ...the new government of Rajasthan hopefully will be looking at all this with an open mind.

Panthera have the contacts for jv...income, employment for the region .

Mb definitely understands local needs & concerns to make a working mine viable for all.

Or Ed info on a deal with the GOI , as far as I am aware I think it still could go either way unless I am missing something?

My personal thoughts are we should hear if any correspondence (significant)has come in from the GoI...but based on nothing else than my own thoughts

I think the reins on the sp are still been held tight. I am sure recently we where dropping 1 % on £1k sells...deffo not the same on 2 x positive RNS, and recent buys.
