I am no expert on broker reports but it seems indepth & detailed.

I would have thought it's valuations are Conservative so they don't get egg on their face.

For the scan readers the sp predictions are towards the end of the report.

I would have thought that coming up to one calendar month since Pat delivered the first letter/notice, it will be the first milestone set out in the terms.

Deffo feels like a win win, if somebody could post the link again to Allenby Capitals last reasch notes (I can never work out how to do it on my phone 🤔😬)
