Spread yesterday went down to 7% back up to 15% again today..

Quick glance at the chart( greenx)..sept 2022 15p ..Jan 2023 about 45p..so not a bad rise...is it a 3 bagger, or do you look at it as a % of whatever there original claim was, around £750 million from memory

Hope your wrong Ed, didn't greenx go up about 4 to 5 % of the claim , then ticked up as time went by.

But I think the indepth dd done by litigation companies ( at there own expense) sends me the right signals.

Then the binary bet they put on the outcome ( no win no fee) is often good enough for me. Let's face it how many people in all essence chuck £10 million quid( or whatever the amount needed) into an AIM company?

Previous success rate is also key to my investment strategy.

On those figures @ Gall we could be in the $5 to 7 billion mark..if the claim can be submitted to the end of the life of the mine ...

Tim Foden of Boies Schiller Flexner represented both Indiana Resources and Prairie Mining (now GreenX) in their successful claims. He's very good. It would be interesting to know whether he's handling the Bhukia claim (I suspect he is).

I have read a report from 'CAIM' stating its normal released after the notice of arbitration.

It has all the hallmarks of, 'there is big bucks to be made here ' let's find a reason to kick um out & develop it ourselves'. Let's see how deep their pockets are.

To my knowledge when a Notice of Dispute is issued it then, by default becomes a Gov of Morocco problem irrelevant of previous 'rules'.

Take a look at italaw website, gives lots of info on current & historic arbitration....hit browes & search by country..to me ( i could be wrong) it looks like the GoM have there own plan...as far as I can tell EML have done diddly squat wrong.

I saw below somebody mentioned $2.2 billion ..with those sort of numbers & funding secured the market should price in a % of that.

I personally don't think the Moroccans will cave in soon..or certainly not until it gets much further down the BIT route...looks like they have there own plans for mining etc etc.

Delay is fully acceptable if we are negotiating.

Keeping a close eye here & deffo not cross ramping!.

Keen to see if they get a no win no fee funding. The DD over on my main holding took around 12 months.

Big gun lawyers needed too to see it through or get a settlement.

Deep pockets needed without funding.

As I say not cross ramping , I am looking at investing in the funders as well as the company.

As I understand it a settlement can be done at anytime, so the Moroccans can drag this out whilst burning cash reserves until & if funding is secured.
