My thoughts on early settlement which i posted awhile ago.

GoI settle early.

They then claw it back from GoR with interest.

Let's face it they are getting 65% @ spot...of what...maybe upto or even more than 10 million oz'..plus copper etc ...big money inbound for GoR.

Including a late trade of 105k ( not appearing here yet)

Volume 800k plus..not bad really for pat in one day.

Also as Mark said..when VSA got us out there to their client base...buyers moved in..exposure is the key here.

I am with you Gall...maybe 2 bill gph!..but I wouldn't turn my nose up at a 1/4 of that.

Once I saw ommpl or Owais is going to 'give' 65% @ spot to GoR & still apparently make a healthy profit for himself/company..the figures go abit bonkers really.

I think if we had been granted the mining licence we would only have paid local taxes etc? ( no idea what those would have been set at ...) but deffo not 65%

To remind , latest gold mining auction in Rajasthan awarded to Vedanta was just over 8%...

Some time ago a well researched poster said if the case dragged on and it went above the 5% mark..the applied interest ( if awarded at i think 6% pa) would cover the extra to Lcm give or take.

If there is an award and/or recovery, LCM Funding shall be entitled, in the first instance, to the amounts it has deployed from the Facility, as well as the greater of:

a) approximately US$1.36 million being 10% of the Funding Limit (which is the amount of the Facility);

b) a Funder's commission (the "Commission") of between 5% and 15% of the damages recovered, based upon the number of years that have passed from the date of the Funding Confirmation Notice; or

c) a multiple (the "Multiple") of between 2 and 4.25 times the total of the Facility, based upon the number of years that have passed from the date of the Funding Confirmation Notice.
