Following an application by MMI to change its name, the Registrar of Delhi, NCT of Delhi and Haryana issued a letter dated 6-1-2004 which approved the change from 'Metal Mining India Limited' to 'Metal Mining India Private Limited'. Thereafter, on 12-2-2004 the Registrar of Companies issued a fresh certificate of incorporation. The change in the name of the Company was in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and with approval from the Government of India. The GoR was informed and accepted the name change in 2005.

2. The change of name of a company does not affect any rights or obligations of the company. Section 23 of the Companies Act, 1956 is unequivocal on that matter. It remains the same legal entity before and after the name change. Before and after the name change it had the same corporate details, the same directors and same shareholders. There was no transfer of ownership.

Thanks Shear..looking at 2 trades this morning, 1.8 might now be in very sticky hands.

If the Company proceeds in this manner, it is anticipated that the CLN will be entirely repaid by this new corporate vehicle and not Panthera. Alternatively, if the CLN are converted pursuant to the terms described below, and prior to the restructuring of its West African gold assets, it is anticipated that the new corporate vehicle will make an additional cash payment of US$250,000 to Panthera.

On West Africa ( sorry if I am being abit thick!).

Do we now have $250 k in the bank & another $250 inbound in due course?

Also is the above money earmarked for WA or is it cash at hand ?

@ Noday to be fair pat are often late with deadlines so fully understandable..but in this cases there is no reason for the delay or deadline day..time will tell, time to crack on imo

Application has been made to London Stock Exchange plc for the 1,788,007 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the new Ordinary Shares will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on or around 6 February 2025.

The CLN participants are Messrs William Potts and Juan Mahler Llado, sophisticated investors in the AIM market and the natural resources sector

I hope the sophisticated aren't going to start flipping there 1.8 million shares

Just read Allenby note ( released this morning) I am starting to think maybe our 15% partner is key to un-hindered mining/ negotiations in Mali.

The Geological Survey of India (GSI) reported a mineral resource of 7.15 million ounces of gold in the Bhukia project, valued at about $16.7bn based on recent gold prices. ( 26th June 2024).

Got to be worth more than 1 bill claim..but what..
