Just listened to interview again..MB said as I thought a number is recommended to be included ASAP.

It could even have got included in the notice of dispute.

So no need to wait for chair to be appointed.

Not a massive drop..given the high is date I think they won the auction

I am all for fair play and doing deals.

But look at the years of pi*ss taking ( paraphrasing) they have had there chance time and time again. This has cost pat i bet 100 of thousands to get this far.

As I said early GoR are going to be rolling in it soon 65.3% of spot for doing nothing.

If the others need to save face abit..I would be happy with a nice settlement, even if we never get to know the full value of the assest..around a couple of quid( or more!) per share maybe?

Included could be ' it's highly likely the suspension will continue until the outcome of the arbitration, which could take years. Unless an amicable settlement is reach prior'...ie all aboard! settlement could happen anytime..

@ ejt..spot on..I reckon during the consultation period goi where most likely given a settlement figure..and now it's most likely no ifs, no buts, that's the amount we want or we go the country mile....oh and ps, don't forget the interest on top!
