Todays volume at close to 400 million shares equates to half of the placing issued via Primary Bid. I echo others sentiment here that with the company fully financed up, holders should be treated to positive news flow once the funds are put to use. Great long term growth prospects from here.
Gas up 10% today aswel.
"Since the deregulation of the gas supply market in Ukraine in October 2015, the market price for gas has broadly correlated to the price of imported gas, which generally reflects trends in European gas prices."
Why were these guys paying a dividend when they had a £100million overdraft in there last accounts?
"We have remained in active and open discussion with landowners. As we look forward to future land opportunities and housing delivery"
Hopefully things will get rolling again soon!
a mother of all bounces here soon. Clearly a forced seller in the market, and Mr Market is doing a fantastic job of ensuring he gets as little for his shares as possible. When this bounces, it will be hold / top up, as the weight will have been lifted.
Can someone please explain the valuation gaps between NAV and shareprice please. Surely even in worse case scenarios of banks taking control of HMSO assets, even in fire sale situations there will be vast amount of equity left on the table? Is there no big money on the sides willing to make an opportunistic bid, snapping up material assets with solid long term yields? Clear the debt and ride the yield? Why are these companies equity valuations so low? Incredible.
Hey guys, if anyone has direct contact with the Directors, you should mention Primary Bid. That placing was one of the worst discounts ive seen, almost criminal! The shareprice was trading around £2.5 on the announcement, a primary bid placing could have been organised at £2 that evening. Shame on the management for capitulating to the brokers.
Its also interesting to note the valuations provided today are from 31st March. For example there "Centennial" (CDEV) investment is valued today at $4 million. The CDEV share price has gone up 3 fold from 31st March (from $0.3 to $1).
Wonder when the share buy back will start?
PMUR - the brokers of this placing are the ones suppressing the share price. Once they've made there 4% on the spread for a few million shares i can see this back up to fair value (NAV) soon enough. Has Covid19 halved land value? No, i thought not.
