And the market makers Stoffel have been the suppressors for weeks. Im guessing they are the Benamore sellers. However, with volume already approaching 14million in less than 1 hour, they wont have many left for the afternoon. Huge amount of buying pressure. Will pop soon imo.

Playing games, no quotes to buy, they are loading up for a big day tomorrow i reckon.

Market Makers letting people sell but not buy. They are loading up. Bought a few at 68p if you can get a quote. Manipulation at its best.

I think NRR's strong point is its liquid assets. The management seem very confident of being able to sell its assets due to the smaller lot sizes rather than £100m trophy assets of HMSO for example.

Classic example of buy to the sound of the Sirens. Managements worst case scenario of another 10% drop in asset values still leaves us at £1.5 NAV. The gov pumping hundreds of billions into the economy should prop up asset values, even if the £ comes under pressure it just makes it more attractive to inward investment from foreign pension funds looking for yield.

Every day that goes by gets us closer to normalcy returning.

Benamor selling 4 million shares a day. Today there has already been over 10 mill traded in 30 mins! Doesnt look like that overhang is going to be a problem.

Peel finally lifting. They were the ones who dropped it (making buys looking like sells, for weeks on end), aggressively dropping the offer on any buy. Any buying pressure is now raising the price rather than dropping it. Considering 60 million shares were transferred within an hour of offering them a few weeks ago (at 69p) im happy to hold this a few years. Sentiment cant get much lower so bad the bad news seems well priced in.

It was scaled back though. Not sure how many there going to actually give you. Anyone have any idea?

Im only getting a little over half i asked for in Primary Bid. Shame, will see where it settles and get some more in the market.

Intu has been known to be insolvent since the announcement on 4th March, and the share price crashing to 4p. With debt to assets of 70% and then subsequent Covid it was always precarious at best. HMSO has debt to assets of 40%, with good geographical spread.

The INTU administration process will show the cards of the purchasers, again, even with yields approaching a lowly 5% im sure there will be pension funds around the world looking at snapping up cheap assets.

With negative interest rates across the world, some cash would be happy getting any return at all. Hence buying assets at 30% value with solid yields would be rather rewarding. Still buying.

2/3rd's of the placing shares were admitted on the 10th June. So the placing shares hitting tomorrow is only 1 days volume. GLA Holders.

One interesting thing to note is PEEL have been quite large sellers in the past few months, regularly having 50k blocks to sell well below the offer price (hence buys looking like sells).

That size over the last couple of days has reduced to 25k, and they are not so keen to offer below the mid. Hence the rise from 67 to 74p yesterday. Be interesting if they hold off for a while as to me that would show the seller is finally clearing. Happy to hold and buy more on weakness.

Trading at 27.5p on the back of that news.
