The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with London Stock Exchange Group's Chris Mayo has just been released. Listen here.
How and when exactly can I vote favourably to RevB currently adm? I want to join forces.
When will the suspension be lifted and shares back to trading?
Silverlight, thanks once again for the explanation. In that case it seems the probability of that happening (going private) is relatively low at this stage. If Boohoo takes over then our only hope is that they offer a good deal whatever that deal is: cash, shares or a combination.
I texted Bob via WhatsAp 15m ago. He is not replying. At this stage he does not seem to worried as himself will probably not lose any money at all.
Thanks for the explanation MHL2020. But in that condition do we sell the stock at a lower price to ensure its liquidity? Or is it easy to sell at the price as of today?
What happens if RevB is delisted? And if taken private?
I would like to understand the impacts from both situations in our shares. Do we lose all the invested money?
Like it or not, we all needed this controversy to happen. I prefer this noise rather than a painful long silence. Maybe today is the day that Mister Bob will finally call AiM to speed up the.process of reversing the suspension. Or he looses his job and his good reputation. I think Boohoo is taking the right steps in here. Enough is enough!!!!
PhatJ would you feel more comfortable in me using your mother's name in my profile? Some kind of maternal tribute?
In the scenario of a takeover what would be likely price offered to current shareholders?
And how long would that process take until you have the money in your hands?
I am not an expert so I would appreciate some help in here.
Morning,
Last Friday 9th of June this was the WhatsAp I received from Bob:
[09/06, 07:33] Me: Morning Bob, how are you? Any news from AiM team? I don't see any announcement so far.
[09/06, 16:27] Bob: When I have something to say I will. Please try to understand the decision of Relisting is not in my gift. We await news
[09/06, 16:27] Me: I understand. Is there at least an idea of the waiting? Days, weeks, months.
[09/06, 16:28] Bob: I’m hoping within a week or 10 days
A week it is certainly not as today is already Friday 16th....
Is it possible that this company will actually have the AGM without any decision from the regulator? Does it even make sense for this to happen? Will they announce the day of the suspension on the 27th?
I would like to have your opinion please on the following: in case REVB shares increase significantly on the first days of trading, is it possible that this will have a positive effect on Boohoo shares?
You all need to relax and think less. So many theories and conjectures! Listening now to Faith, George Michael. Yes....just keep the faith as you cannot rely at this stage on anything else. Take it if you want it!
In case the company decides to delist from AiM what happens to our money?
Based on the direction of this internal train, I find now very likely for REVB to simply announce they decided to delist from AiM. And subsequently the stock falls dramatically and this will be a terrible ending for all the small shareholders. Adam Minto will be like Snow White: happy forever in his wonderland. And the same applies to Bob. This is JUNGLE
What would be considered "cheap" in case REVB is sold in the upcoming weeks?
From a secure source I was told the suspension will be lifted maximum in 2 weeks
Bob is not replying to the last 2 emails I sent directly to him. It is time to Stop so many conjectures and get the Truth. This already exceed all limits. Can any of you guys email him and maybe you are luckier than me?
And what would a low evaluation look like in your opinion?
Could you please explain how that potential offer deal of 40 would work?
Does it mean the company is taken over by another one and every shareholder receives a one off payment of 40p (as an example) per share?
At this stage the best way to deal with the situation is a rebellion against the current management and the company itself. Has anyone tried to call AiM? Or get information in how to take legal measures?
I believe they will simply announce the company decided to delist from the stock market. I have the feeling this is the big surprise we are all waiting for!
