Placing doesn't really worry me too much, although I'm pretty sure if they'd asked, us holders would have dipped our toes in for a 16% discount and, AND 10% more as warrants with 2 years to watch them grow (probably taken out before 2 years are up) now don't we all wish we were the holder of them :-(
