That's a nice little bonus, so we now are the proud owners of:-
31,171,898 shares in UKOG, worth approximately £794,883 at what looks like
being the opening price of 2.55p.
I dare say GUN will drift lower though lol

Why do people keep going on about the share price going down due to dilution?
The company is now worth more as it has a bigger percentage, there shouldn't be any drop
due to dilution!
If we had say 50% of something worth £1M (1,000,000 shares @£1)
Then bought the other 50% for £1M, for example gave the seller 1,000,000 shares.
We would now have 2,000,000 shares in circulation and surely they would still be worth £1 EACH
Am I missing something?

Not sure who is keeping track of the privately held shares, but I've as a couple of top ups in the last few days.

I'm not a ramper or a deramper, I can however spell COARSE lol.

1.9million was for our 2pc and primorous 5pc.
550,000 of that is ours, 50,000 in cash.

I make that 28,571,428 shares in UKOG.
When UKOG announce that HH is commercially viable and they re-rate these could easily be worth more than our mcap on their own
Still a strong buy in my book
