The shares will be subject to escrow over a period of between 3 to 12 months, as follows: ~25% of the Consideration Shares being subject to 3 months lock-in, ~25% subject to 6 months lock-in, and the balance (~50%) subject to 12 months lock-in. Following Admission, the Consideration Shares will represent, in aggregate, approximately 10.47% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital with Platina Resources Ltd holding 2.92% and Artemis Resources Limited 7.55% respectively of the Company's enlarged issue share capital.

Most likely the warrants that were left until the last minute:

Time will tell I guess Caveman. Don’t know rules on reporting of Warrants. KMG also have 50,000,000 coming up by end of month as per 25/9/20. April will have hardly any left.

Personally I can see a IOCA ‘Earn in’ with either Han**** prospecting or Mineral Resourses. How much would they need to spend for a 50% share of IOCA? A$10-15m?

Munni Munni Platinum Group Metals & Gold Project, Western Australia
Situated in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, Munni Munni is one of Australia’s most significant platinum group metal and gold occurrences. Platina holds a 30% interest in the Munni Munni project in a joint venture with Artemis Resources Ltd (Artemis) who is the operator.
During the quarter, Platina signed a conditional Binding Heads of Agreement to sell its 30 per cent interest in the Munni Munni Project to London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market listed, Alien Metals Ltd (Alien, AIM:UFO) for AUD 0.25 million in cash and AUD 1.98 million worth of Alien shares.
Alien is an exploration and mining project developer focussed on precious and base metal projects including the Hamersley Iron Ore Project, Elizabeth Hill Silver Project and the surrounding Munni Munni North exploration permit, all located within the Pilbara region of Western Australia, as well as two silver projects and a copper gold project in Mexico. Alien’s acquisition of the 30% interest in Munni Munni with create a platform to consolidate the Elizabeth Hill and Munni Munni districts which is prospective for precious and platinum group metals.
Alien completed a £4 million (A$7.4 million) capital raising in December 2021 and is very well funded to advance its various Western Australian projects.
Platina believes the value of its minority and non-operated interest in Munni Munni is not reflected in its market capitalisation and the sale provided a way of unlocking this value. This transaction will allow Platina shareholders to share in Munni Munni’s prospective value increase through its Alien shareholding while providing Platina with an injection of new funding to pursue its gold exploration activities in Western Australia.
The transaction will be subject to final due diligence, and regulatory approvals in Australia and London. The shares will be escrowed in three equal tranches for 3, 6 and 12 months. The transaction is expected to complete in February 2022.
There were no exploration activities on site during the quarter.

I think their Vwap is about 0.85 (approx. 125,000,000 shares)

As per the 24 November 2021 and 21 January 2022 announcements due to further delays indicated from the authorities in Australia and with mutual consent from both parties, an extension to the settlement date to complete the satisfaction (or waiver) of the conditions precedent to the Agreement has been made to 21 March 2022.

The Company also advises that due to the same issue, it has had to make an extension to the settlement date for the Binding Heads of Agreement with AIM and ASX listed Artemis Resources Limited (AIM/ASX: ARV) ('ARV') to acquire its 70% joint venture interest in the Munni Munni Project as per the announcement of the 22 December 2021. This extension is until the 28 March 2022.

Wall at 0.75 on the downside. Wall at 0.95 on the upside. Dusters to break down. Bonanza to break up. Feels quite binary to me.

Yes, bill has done well. But then again so has Spot Silver. Much of the SP increase is attributable to this.
Sirius was pretty much proved up already. How much has actually been added on the ridges? and at what cost? How much of the uplift at Hammersley will still be paid out to Windfield as part of the 90% terms? Questions should be asked on his ability to strike good deals for Shareholders.

They managed to get 4 cores released to the market. They were bonanza. Looks like they are waiting for ALL of the rest. I’d rather wait for all of them in the hope of some more bonanza than drip feed the dusters.
With the historic info available from previous companies you’d hope they targeted some known sweet spots.

Max, I cant imagine anybody who wouldn't want to exercise at 0.3 when we are currently at 0.85.

I could be wrong, but looks to me like there's about 35,000,000 still to be exercised from the placing in Feb 2020.
