Max, what is your take on the following from Terms of 90% acquisition.
In the event of a Tenement Sale: 50% of the value uplift attributable to the Projects;
So if we sold Sirius, what would Windfield be entitled to? 50% of the total or 50% of the difference in value between 2 points in time?
So if Sirius was valued at 10m then but 12m now, they’d get 1m (50% of the 2m value uplift).

One day it will go up...and up....and up...and up, and at every stage we'll be expecting the usual slam, and it will keep on going. Many will be out long before it reaches it's peak because of what's happened in the past. Many will get spiked, screwed over yet again by the Manipulating Cwunts at the top...or it could do something completely different.

These projects need fast tracking. The metals are needed and needed quickly. How can we fast track? A deal with a Miner to mine what we find.
Buy our own drill rigs, use their testing facilities, hire more people. This is the future, explorers and miners forming collaborations to get things moving quickly.

Mining the ridges makes perfect sense. 1 method for all ridges.
Sirius should be sold to MinRes/Brockman who have the main Ironore body.
I’d even take equity in MinRes as payment. That way we cash in as and when we need cash while gaining from a MinRes increase in share price. We would also benefit from their exposure to Lithium and their massive plans at the port. Shame deal wasn’t sealed 2 months ago.

When you consider Windfield T&C for 90% they would get a lump of the payment and pave the way for finally sealing our 90% stake.

That's assuming the recent placing shares are already flipped. If not, then no biggie. Need some sellers to create a market. The spike to 3p had loads of placing flippers.

Yes, pretty much the last of the warrants. Broker warrants expire March '23 onwards.
The other equity due will be when Hammersley gets to 20mt (50m) and when 90% completion done (200m). Both to Windfield who haven't sold a bean.
Once these are warrants are churned, it's risk off for at least 3 months. At that point Artemis or Platina can start selling if they wish.

To be fair, Bill did say after the last placing ‘funded for 6-12 Months’.
Think that very much depends on how many JVs can be signed.
Expecting at least 1 JV before the next placing.
IOCA is primed for a Farm in deal.
Good grades in Mexico could result in another. I’m sure we weren’t just sat idle just waiting for permits for 2 years.
