IAN seems better than that. We’ll see. Needs to stop issuing more shares to companies that will donwhats happening here. Needs to get contracts over the line and then can talk about investor value.

Exactly my point. They can have an influence. If we are as strong as we are told and believe we should need to sell ourselves cheap to raise vital funds.

Not naively asking for them to make the share price better. It’s reminding them of their obligations as a plc and reminding them it all investors are given cheap shares to to offload later stopping the share price dead whilst they make a few %.

Entitled to your view. They can do more if they really wanted to. I’ve seen it done.

Below is what I asked via email. Never expecting a reply.... I write with particular interest to recent 2019 and 2018 share price performance, whilst the company progresses and keeps shareholders really well informed, I as an investor have serious concerns with the share price performance and share holder value realisation. As Ian Price himself has mentioned the plans for the growth, where the share price heads and what platform we see ourselves on (ftse listed in time), I can’t help but notice strange counter performance and behaviours, I therefore ask are Eqtec Plc also surprised and alarmed or even investigating performance. Quite simply the company performance and progress do not align to current share performance, whilst I more than realise Eqtec doesn’t directly control market sentiment or occurrence however must like me be a little concerned. I have witnessed organisations previously (ftse 250) taking physical control of market forces and practices that hinder share performance, Plc’s rely on the market to fund growth, there for particularly businesses at vital stages of development raising, this lifeblood seems to be somewhat weakened by the significant and recent fall in the share price. Is Eqtec likely to work to restore confidence and increase focus on shareholder value via specific communications aimed at building this confidence?

Every RNS has a micro spike and the goes to new lows. IAN no more news please unless it’s real news.
