Shares only works if the share price performs. Look at the graph it hasn’t but has a better theoretical chance to go back up where it came from. The fall has been dreadful.

Director buying is a good sign tho.

I guess after an investigation they would be squeaky clean tho.

The rumour made no difference and was tosh. However if directors in and a little later an offer was made or rumours of interest launch it would look bad but is it actually wrong. If you though maybe we could get an offer, however all companies are for sale at a price directors would hardly ever buy.
