The RNS dated 25th Jan suggests otherwise..



Iconic's CEO, Brad Taylor stated:



"Iconic has been successfully restructured, we have financing in place, and the trading suspension has been lifted. The Company is now working to formalise terms with the various parties that we have been speaking with over the last few months, but who understandably would not formalise discussions until the trading suspension was lifted. I look forward to updating shareholders as these conversations progress."

Based on the RNS from the 2nd Feb the BOD were in the early stages but couldn’t progress until ICON were out of suspension. Like most people I am probably being inpatient lol

The SP movement yesterday was IMO purely based on what the DR was posting. No doubt about that. Putting the DR to one side , the BOD were forced to apply for ICON suspension to be lifted in order for talks/negotiations to continue to the next level.

My only negative at this point is that the BOD had plenty of time to negotiate while suspended and we are now a full month from when ICON got reinstated and no further forward with the prospectus being published.

It’s a waiting game obviously but the BOD do need to get things moving sooner rather than later.
