When have Sareum ever delivered on any promised deadline? Everything has always been delayed. And now Ahfam, you think results will be early. Yes, the trial is out of their hands but H1 24 means any time till the end of June. Then there is the matter of getting P1b underway "as soon as possible". We'll how long is a piece of string, especially in the delay filled world of Sareum? And this is where the risk really lies. They are are only funded to the end of P1b, and with the worst possible finance at that. What would a delay do to the finances? What if they finish P1b with no money, or run out during the trial? Any company looking to procure the molecules will have a major advantage and Sareum will get the bare minimum as they will not be in a strong bargaining position. There will be a low ball buy out or licencing with unfavourable terms for Sareum. Big Pharma is ruthless and Sareum may have painted themselves into a corner.
