The two 45k are c.£20k each = I'd assume a buy/sell into an ISA ..........bottom of the range for CGT purposes. No issues and would see as a positive! - an investor with a substantial holiding looking to tax shelter future gains

Yep - same here. ALL of my [BUY] transactions are either I. not shown (traded off-market) or II. noted as [SELL] #random. I remain optimistic! ......rather have to be with this stock :-) Fingers crossed Good luck all

The reporting of trades across platforms and exchanges raises of questions, and certainly should not be used as ANY guide. Volume without direction says nothing! Same applies to "hearing". Only statements of fact RNS etc. Not withstanding, I remain positive and continue to build a position. Again, taking a long-view whilst rather hoping for significant short-term [ha ha - long overdue :-)] uplift Good luck all

A - when its a buy looks like a sell FYIO - all the red/sales are not what they seem. Have been consistently buying with probably only UB40 [1 in 10] showing correctly. Building a position at these prices :-) . Taking a long-view, but hoping for short term pick up.

Having also attended the AGM I) Meeting DB & BP and speaking with both after - gut fell positive! The company is now in the hands of the right guys II) Clearly, there are challenges from our historic position, however progress is [and has] been made III) Such complex matters don't happen overnight ..........or indeed over months I'm afraid .......and, as such deadlines are more like "guidelines" Summary - I remain optimistic! Price & Volume over recent days is pleasing to see :-) Ddk

I'd suggest members take time to read the Explanatory Statement attached to the AGM Agenda Specifically stock / options are significantly higher than is being suggested Options under-water / been allocated a cash equivalent (c.£80k+) which will be converted into stock ...... "based on the average price over the 5 working days etc etc" - this will give you many of the answers you've been looking for : specifically re 1) share price & 2) no announcements Watch this space :-) I remain optimistic!!!!
