I think this everytime I read about showing Colin the shape of Italy. Some people appear to think we have an endless pit of money and it's Colin dragging his feet with the permit situation.
Seems to me he's been Pro active in ordering the compressor equipment, rather than "just collecting his pay cheque" as people keep stating in their fruitless rants.
We are in no man's land so to speak at the moment, I can't see there being many takers wanting to fill Colin's boots.
You're right lejjb - I was expecting it to be a LRGS trade like the 10 mill one on 25-04-19 which was published the following day.
Time will tell I guess to see what time and date the trade was place at, then what time it was actually executed
So that's why the SP wasnt moving last week
Agreed.
He could of at least thrown us a bone - maybe some sort of lead time on compressor equipment.
AST latest tweet 25m ago didn't go down well anyway. Alot of unhappy replies.
I think you need to take a break and put the tin foil hat down. You are clutching at straws here and making up scenarios from nothing. If you are unhappy with your investment just sell up.
This happens everytime we have a placing. It will drop 35% and then buyers flood in, finish 10% down. Which is likely what it was going to do anyway going off the decline in SP since Permit RNS.
Try not to be short sighted and bogged down in the intra day SP.
If there is nothing to update shareholders on, what do you want?
Sadly it's out of Colin's hands, and might I add - he's tried the timescales before (when waiting on permits) and it did more harm than good. He learnt that lesson the hard way.
Alot of the "antics" have been out of the BOD control. We submitted information time and time again over 2 years for a process which should take 2 months to process.
Hopefully there is a night at the end of the tunnel now, we have had 6 (I believe) independent assessments of the re stimulation process on the wells, all concluding no significant environmental risk. I see no valid reason there could be to decline the permits. Just my take on it anyway.
People who were spiked and took out their own mistakes on others.
My exact thoughts reading through the comments here everyday, wording about a 10% intraday drift in SP. In the grand scheme of things it won't matter when news lands - good or bad.
Permits to re-stimulate current wells, their production keeps declining. Gas is their, just need to get it out now.
Apologies it was a very sarcastic comment, a joke at the folks last week fueling the rumors of takeover last week.
Without further updates on other permits, compressor update or some sort of plan going forward, it won't reach 1p judging from what's happened in the past.
People are impatient, they take their money elsewhere.
Thanks Stockdale, I havn't kept an eye on this for sometime now. There was talk of this compression equipment before, glad to see it is still ongoing in that case!
Unless I'm missing something? Maybe it's because we need permits to re-stim the under performing wells. No good building a processing plant and having no gas to process.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong. But that's how I see it. The takeover rumor would be nice, if it's not just a rumour that is.
They can still buy can't they? AST is not on the US stock market?
Think alot of people will be waiting till we have it in black and white from the officials. I'd mothballed this hoping it would come good in 5 or 10 years! Very suprised yesterday!
Groundhog Day comes to mind
Baxter is right, and whilst you are correct in pointing out Colin's questionable decisions, he cannot control the SP.
Sometimes SP has gone up for no reason, sometimes SP dropped for no reason, sometimes SP even dropped on good news.
Some people need to take responsibility for their investment.
