Obelix - to me it looks like we’ve been working through some sell order last few sessions. The 4.5p often delayed transactions being the sells. Price starting to move hopefully sign it’s near the tail. Buying some of the strongest if not strongest I’ve ever seen in Jangada so plenty taking advantage, hopefully seller runs dry when plenty of buying still to be done.

As per the bushranger April 2020 presentation costs for drilling 40metres was put at A$1million (a$250 per metre)with previous owners drilling some of that. We’re drilling 2500 so a$625k or £356k. They’ll be less work done in Zambia and that’ll be cheaper RC drilling as near surface.

It very much looks therefore that the £650k raised in placing is sufficient for phase 1 works. We will want the lab assays before any further drilling.

Separate to the CLN there Is of course the warrants from placing. These are of course in play already and could be exercised at anytime. If all converted thats an circa another £500k to XTR (circa 27m at 1.85p).

The pace of development of bushranger should in a large part be determined by success of contractors on legacy assets.

Personally if SP continues to increase to reflect a fairer valuation for current state id hope the warrants get converted within churn and that Colin then cancels the CLN finance facility. Better to place much higher if need be then use a CLN with a set conversion price well below current SP, although hope obviously legacy assets are consistent and useful! Ultimately if $1m a month can be achieved that’s the size of last placing in just one month and will comfortably cover at least a slow/modest drill pace at bushranger...

Not seen anything on the specific gravity ar the moment, but most copper deposits are around the 2.5 mark.

Average grade currently 0.45% copper equivalent. Copper grade to date reduces at depth, but gold grade increases.

At 0.45% copper equivalent we’d need 444m tonnes. At specific gravity of 2.5 that would require circa 177m cubic metres.

As stated too early to get a good feel at this stage, especially as one of the 2 porphyry targets hasn’t been drilled yet!

With the porphyry deposits it’s about the tonnage. As Andrew said until lots more drilling we won’t know the true size. We do however know there is a 2nd porphyry target within the licence which I believe is as yet undrilled.

In addition there are some epithermal targets within the licence as well. Very different deposits types which can hold high grade. Again undrilled at this time.

I think current phase 1 plan of drilling the current racecourse deposit out more makes sense. Test what we have or at least get better idea of what total tonnage there could be. Also give the market a nice exciting drill (+ hopefully result) to get the market engaged and interested, sure we call all appreciate sentiment drives MC at least as much as fundamentals. Despite the fair criticism of Colin I believe he’s keen to get long term holders back in paper profit or at least much nearer ASAP.

Ultimately there are various options after phase 1, not only more imminent but how to play the Jorc target. As I’ve suggested before if it looks like we’re getting near 2m tonne contained copper then id certainly hope we’d drill a lot more before recalculating. The AA buy back option is far value when a Jorc of over 2m tonnes is done, not to the value of 2mt. Wouldn’t it be nice if AA had to pay for 3mt ;)

Luis was a co founder of Avenco who appian previously invested in. They’ve also recently invested in Brazil again with another copper project. Targeting mines in production 2-3years away, whilst we will be trial mining before this it’s highly likely that upon drilling further we will have the reserves to justify a full mining licence processing 2m tonnes a year.

You’ve seen my figures from just trial mining licence numbers. Full mining licence will allow much more production and growth higher numbers...

Joeman - that would be nice! I think their papers are useful though and hopefully we’ll get more and more new interested investors wanting an understanding where such unbiased educational articles are useful.

Porphyry systems are large and low grade. Believe those in area bushranger in can be economical as low as 0.15% copper equivalent, although we are of course hoping for higher. Current JORC being 0.45% copper equivalent

Solid update. Weather not been too problematic. 2nd alluvial started and sounds like guy fawkes has to. CB still very excited about bushranger and believes our system better than Bodo with a$400 MC, although they obviously further down route of proving up.

Project Advancement

Exploration Success
In 2020, ValOre’s team successfully advanced the Pedra Branca PGE project on multiple fronts. We executed on budget a 6,314 metre drill program comprised of resource expansion (4,999 metres in 32 holes), target advancement (565 metres in 8 holes) and discovery drilling (750 metres in 8 holes). Samples from 44 drill holes were sent for assays, with results still pending from 8 holes drilled at Santo Amaro.
A highlight from resource expansion drilling at Trapia 1 was hole DD20TU20 which intersected 76.74 metres of 1.25 g/t 2PGE+Au, including 15.00 m of 4.19 g/t 2PGE+Au, 0.63% Ni and 0.25% Cu (Dec 1 release).
A highlight from discovery drilling activities was 2PGE+Au mineralization encountered in all three drill holes (Oct 27 release) at the previously undrilled C-04 target. These results are significant, as they validate ValOre's exploration methodology (Dec 4 2019 release) and I believe this successful methodology will have a positive impact on the results of future exploration programs project-wide.
We received encouraging assay results and reports from targeted exploration programs across our property, including mapping, prospecting (245 rock samples), trenching, rhodium values from resampling of historical drill core (Mar 12 and Nov 19 releases) and soil sampling (2,845 samples).

ValOre issued over 20 news releases documenting accomplishments in calendar 2020, and we expect to report a greater number in 2021 as the Company generates more material corporate and project related news. Subject to final board approval, receipt of any required permits and financing, the ValOre team will be busy building upon a solid year of performance in 2020 as we seek to rapidly advance Pedra Branca. Details will follow in the form of specific activity related news releases, including the following areas of focus:
* Resource expansion and discovery drilling in specific zones, including Trapia and Santo Amaro;
* Resource delineation drilling in specific zones, including Esbarro and Curiu;
* Target advancement drilling at Cana Brava and the recent C-04 ValOre drilling discovery;
* New discovery target generation and drilling at untested sites over the property;
* Building on highly encouraging initial results from work related to mineralogy, mineral processing and metallurgy, we will focus on determining the safest, highest margin and most productive project development strategy.

In 2020, we added considerable depth and technical talent to the ValOre team (June 18 and Sept 21 news releases). I am honoured to work with such a conscientious group of incredibly hard working and competent professionals in Brazil, Canada, USA and UK. The benefit to shareholders of having some of our industry’s brightest minds focused on adding value through exploration and discovery, while relentlessly interrogating the data to de-risk and advance Pedra Branca, cannot not be overstated. Our path forward is very exciting!
Community Engagement
We strive to have a positive impact on the communities surrounding Pedra Branca, and in particular, the wonderful people of Capitão Mor. We take our responsibilities to the communities seriously and some of this initial commitment included supporting the local medical clinic with donations of supplies in what was a particularly testing year for everyone. As the project activity level scales up, our ability to be a positive element in the community

I’ve always been a little skeptical of the Zambia time deemed simply as my time at Arcm has thought me little work is fine between December - April due to the rains. Different part of the country so maybe CB can get work carried out in Q1, but that’s the project I was suspecting most likely to fall back.

On manica operations you guys probably know history better, however I’m sure rainy season previously affected production until the wily Chinese contractor changed methods and found ways to deal with it. Hopefully those lessons learned have been picked up by other contractors, however it’s undoubtedly the more tricky time to be processing any ore or for new roads/tracks to be tested.

Certainly an increase in chat regarding Jangada on twitter in last couple of days. Names I’ve not seen before saying opening positions and others researching. Is out little merry band of say just 50 shareholders going to get bigger? A village hall for our Christmas party might not be sufficient after all :)

Understand that view, we’re all very excited about the project and finally seeing the benefits of our patience especially through that dire quiet period in 2019!

Obelix - it would appear you’re asking for inside information if questions are about a JV or the unreleased PEA. As a lawyer I very much doubt Luis is going to give you such information, especially via email!

Much more likely to get responses to clarification on details already released or general information not company specific- such as what support might be available to junior miners looking to go into production (without specifically saying what do Jangada expect).

I think it’s great you’ve been able to start building a rapport with Luis. Couple of years back I sent an email to Brian asking a few questions one of which was I’d there anything else you can add? Meant in regards to have I missed anything, however he took it as a request for inside information and the response I got back was very frosty. To an extent I’ve not felt comfortable re-engaging despite their being a number of points I’d love to clarify or see if he had other examples from
The market that might guide me. I’d hate for you to end up in the same boat as me as having comms with BOD is very useful, if not fir anything else tysn to gauge their level of excitement/tone/wording they use on a response
