Morning Obelix. Suspect you’re getting near or over 2% by now, quite an achievement bearing in mind 75% already under TR1!

I hope we get some more details that lead into the PEA soon such as updated logistics report, dry magnetic separation results. Would be good to see these incorporated into a new presentation when released!

It’s been clear all current activities are funded, absolute madness to read adding to fodere equals we need to raise. We wouldn’t dilute ourselves just to invest money into fodere, clear some of the Valore share sales from last year were put aside for fodere.

How project develops post PEA we need to see, obviously we all expect a partner to come in (largo most obvious) or the institute that swizz highlighted recently as having set up a new fund and who worked with our BOD at Avanco, or possibly state support as some articles in Brazil have suggested are being considered by central government to start new mines.

Market was a dog last week with major indexes giving up gains of 2021. In comparison were up over 40% ytd. Just need buyers to feel settled those selling last week are done.

It’s all been good news. However for anyone just reading those RNS without knowledge of the company it won’t mean anything to them.

Suspect investment was done nearer the time we sold Valore shares. Should see when next accounts get released. Guessing fodere increasing marketing which might include shareholders interest on a presentation has lead to advises now, the initial $100k first notification was only in the accounts.

Keep eyes open, I’d love to see a fodere presentation covering projected economics etc, what we really need to understand the potential. It’s patented, disruptive technology though as well mining op and that could be very valuable.

Fodere have been working towards producing for a while, clear to see from their website. I’d guess their funding last year was for plant build, however all operations need cash when starting to pay wages, utilities etc before first revenue. If they ipo to raise cash for employing people etc then I’d take it all obstacles such as licences have been complete.

Obviously being in pre-ipo we get benefits and float price would be higher, in short we’d be up on our investment pretty quickly!!

Do wonder though with fodere rebranding and us getting an update whether more is happening at fodere group? New presentation and marketing material to follow including shareholders? If so why now? Maybe they’re planning on listing themselves as pretty much all IPOs recently have done extremely well, plus if they’re looking to produce this year they might want working capital which an IPO would provide

BF - I’d expect the additional investment was done at or near the time we sold the Valore shares. We did wonder why we needed that much cash at the time and drilling pitombieras would only be $150-$200 per metre ($300k-$400k). This won’t affect our stance on current activities all funded.

Can’t see the £5k but the £10k was reported late yesterday. Think the MMs trying to hide the buys to spook some into selling. Was less than 120k shares available circa 6.8p earlier, the next block was at 7.8p.

Looking at the gold price pull back (just under $60 per gram) and tio2 pigment grade being $2700 the math currently is our tio2 grade as pigment producing is equivalent in value to a gold deposit at 15g per tonne.

Find me a gold junior with 15g/t deposit at surface anywhere near our current MC!

$2700 x 0.3375= $911
$911/$60 = 15.18 gold gram per tonne to be as valuable..

Far better write up by TMS this time round, picking up on the Tio2 as well including the comparison with Largo and their 13%.

Would have been nice to have also seen the pigment grade tio2 price as well to really ram it home and hopefully DB has an understanding of that ($2500-$3000 per tonne range in 2020). At 33.75% that’s very valuable ore and a comparison to what grade a gold or copper deposit needs for that value per tonne ore is good way if demonstrating just how valuable our tio2 is when processed via chemical plant (our stage 2 plans)

Those on twitter might find it interesting to note a few overseas investors liking the companies morning tweet on drilling assays. Expect knowledge of project is speeding by word of mouth in Brazil

Drill rate is the slowest I’ve ever seen across any drilling. Average 6metres a day. Are they using a cork screw? Seems to me some kind of issue, maybe mechanical issues with rig or covid causing some down time. Shouldn’t be an issue as MFM pointed out there are other factors that lead into the PEA, hopefully plan to address though (more rigs).
