The new share options have an exercise price of 1.10p, being equal to the closing mid-market price of an Ordinary Share yesterday, and a premium of 4.8% to the 30 day VWAP of 1.05p, as at the close of business on 23 October 2024.  The options will be structured to vest from 1 May 2025 and will lapse on the fifth anniversary of the date of grant.

This must tell a story that the share price will increase?

Personally I have never met the bloke and neither anyone else on here, although who is not to say that Paul E, is not on here reviewing what people are putting across. Wish I made it there although, unfortunately it was a week too early for me to attend.

Hopefully more patents will start rolling in as well to substantiate this product more fully, and I think the share price is definitely not a reflection of PHE's circumstance. When it ticks up I might buy some more.

Trump wars is not helping either......

The big one was Howard taking out 2 million last year around August time I think? Moving his focus to HUI, and the cannabis side of things. There was an interview where he was informing about some of the recent companies indicating how me grew the share prices of them, including AFC energy. Another older article in 2007 around Howard signing as a Director for AFC energy highlights some of the damage he has done in the past with his mixed track record, where after leaving or resigning from a company the share price crashes or some companies end up going into Admin or liquidating.

Maybe due to his age now taking that into account he is getting impatient with certain aspects of PHE as they did change strategy since they bought Waste to Tricity and may have caused tensions on going?

Maybe also the investment drive from the markets day was in part, to start to recover the hole of the White's sell off?

Hi guys, I am new to this and may come across a bit green, although I come with good intentions, as of course these forums can get heated. :-)

As a concerned shareholder, I did try to phone PHE today and ask why they are not using price monitoring mechanisms due to the 32% drop since last week, along with some sort of answer to the drop. Although nobody was around to take my call apart from a receptionist of some kind.

PHE of course did in the end put out a news article via a Welsh newspaper to sell themselves, although I do not understand why they did not go further to television or did they and I missed it? The video was quite short and did not really showcase the feedstock system in place and it was quite hidden within their website.

Maybe as this is a smaller scale model and there is further testing going on, it might read to the markets that this is not the full package yet and there is still some way to go in the pipeline. However the fact that they showed a working demonstration is or surely has to be treated a positive along with further patents being granted accordingly.

Maybe the association with the Whites is not a positive, although that is speculative on my part.

The latest article mostly states investors, therefore they are focusing on investment over selling to customers it seems, so PHE have given out mixed signals since December maybe around this product?
