This is good because it highlights that there is interest in this field and is considered to be impportant, and PHE are ahed of the curve because of its IP and current test plant. Personally I think is just how the UK views green tech that dampens PHE's funding potential due to any waste produced through the conversion process. If I were PHE I would have moved to a different stock exchange to a country that values this kind of stuff, like Holland.

Testpack; I did not think that Engsolve was fixed to any particular field nor did I state that they expressed any interest. My thought was that Engsolve are an engineering firm that can work generically and due to PHE working in the Hydrogen space there might be an opportunity to get involved. More of a watch this space. Too many assumptions me thinks.

Well this is a totally different setup to Protos, PHE did not have the test feedstock in place at that point, and I think they realised that it was better to modify the order of things. Although they would have learned from Protos and are better aligned with the partnerships in place, where they would have had many valuable conversations around planning permission and getting this over the line fairly quickly, therefore I am optimistic about this working out as they are further ahead with this than they were with Protos.

Probably quite an important statement:

As I mentioned previously, most of all this is within the last 2 years, scrap the last 15! The strategy has changed many times with PHE and the board has also, although in the last 2 years they are more stable..... Remember it is about timing and this is PHE's time now, not 15 years ago.....

There are some areas that are not clear though; as the £350k for marketing could be partly used for adding the extra broker which can mean strategic marketing. As well Engsolve are still brining in extra cash to the table. Last of all, it might take a couple of months for the agreement to purchase a dmg unit, therefore just because we have not been informed of any sales, it does not mean that this will not happen. If you have 16 or so potential clients travelling from all areas of the world, you would think they are taking this very seriously and maybe it just takes a bit longer for the purchase to take place, I would give it until the end of January before writing off any sales.

Red, the RNS's you have highlighted are not a full reflection of the company or its strategy. if you recall that the business has gone through quite a few on the board, and I believe that some of the purpose of these board staff changes were to try and get ahead in certain areas especially permits with councils, but also until Engsolve was bought PHE was on a different strategy, and in 2023 realised that to make money they had to take out the construction overheads and instead make money on royalties based on the patented technology. However you might notice that those early day RNS's show the partnerships they have created where some are still in partnership today with PHE. Think you need to let go of the past and consider a brighter future with what PHE have done recently, as they are a totally different animal to what they were 12 or so years ago. PHE are delivering more than they ever have done so!

The Hydrogen project is 4 more years of income and PHE are involved, SAF project , could be the fastest revenue stream other than potential purchase of a DMG Unit. There are so many positives here, it is a bit strange that some are being so negative. There are further developments I am sure to highlight and even if Engsolve were to be a separate entity, PHE owns it 100%. Surely it is going to be a win win....... Please do not respond with uninformed information or silly negative comments. Only constructive welcome.

That's strange as Antrim Council is working with PHE on the Ballymena project.....

. Ballymena (£350k) - Progress option on site, undertake planning and permitting activities, develop FEED package to allow tenders for EPCm;

· Australia (£50k) - Develop engineering package in parallel with paid FEED (allowing further development via testing at PHE's Technology Centre);

· Research and Development (£150k) - Continue work on development of alternative outputs from DMG i.e. Liquids, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), etc as well as adding additional equipment to the feedstock testing unit (FTU) process to prove at scale;

· Engsolve (£150k) - Grow engineering base to allow fuller support of PHE projects i.e. detailed design, commissioning and pre-operation phases. Also, to market Engsolve to a wider audience to increase revenues'

· Working capital, to include additional projects, sales and marketing (£550k).

Red's comments are a little trigger happy! the the recent fund raise was to address key areas around multiple projects that PHE are undertaking and you would think that now they should be generating some revenue, in combination from the subsidiary company Engsolve (which it is before anyone tries to correct me) which compliments PHE's business strategy. Therefore I cannot see how another fund raise is on the cards when most of the areas that have been financially plugged were designed to generate revenue, otherwise you would have to question PHE's strategy. As well we need other companies to get involved in this space to help drive the plastic recycling agenda, so any competition is positive, as PHE could collaborate or potentially buy out some down the line. I guess it's a bit like VHS and Betamax which one is preferable down the line, but in the meantime there is money to be made.
