The company raised 1.2 million plus 2.7 million in June/July so I find it highly unlikely that a raise is due. Get the diamonds sold, clear all debts and then if anything left over use to increase value of assets. If nothing left over then get a raise done at a much higher price than today.

What is needed is a clear breakdown of the value of the assets , a plan moving forward. This is the opportunity to turn this companies potential into reality.
