This is just another form of bullying and unfortunately lse cannot see that they are party to this. This site that allows such trolls should be overhauled or closed down. If you look over the past 12 months for raises……and I have only scanned quickly, it appears that he has issued over 2 billion shares so I would suggest that this is a new request in the AGM. Personally I have never seen a proposed resolution of this type being carried forward. However I am happy to be proven wrong but consolidation does look real. Most other companies request fur the issue of x number of shares rather than a cash amount so again it leads me to believe this is a new request. Imho

But it is not really dilution because if you have not accounted for the warrants in your research as part of the total share capital then you should not be investing in anything.

Anyhow this should now start to lift the sp as the selling down was probably done by the warrant holds and made a nice profit.

They have been selling up for months as they obviously have a strategy they have to follow. By the way they are not selling at a loss!!

It is my belief that once a strategic decision has been made to close down an individual share then the investment company very rarely change their minds or stop halfway through. Therefore imo I think we have to wait until they have sold out completely. The large round figure selling over the past couple of days means there is not too long to go. The first flow results will flush through their remaining shares and then true value will start to be reflected. Middle of next week I hope we will be in mid 40’s as a starting point with 55-60 by end of month taking into account Rio news and future direction with results. Good fortune to all LTH as our time gets closer to return on track with true value.

The current issue is northern selling down so until they are complete we can only sit and wait. I believe it is roughly about 5m they have left. So at the moment volume is our friend. Imo

Do you have any idea what a short position is? The lower it goes the more the shorts win. This is like an early Christmas present for them and I expect the sp to be around 0.09 before they close their position. Sp nearly always falls below placing price
