The most important thing is that enough is raised by diamonds sale to clear debts if possible. Anything after this is a bonus. Time to clear the decks and move forward. This is a great opportunity, based on potential involvement in projects, for AP to realise his dream and build a mid tier company and to think he might just do it.

All those that continually deride him are bitter ex investors who made their own decisions but won’t take the responsibility.

But it did not. This was the eoy report and included that statement. A raise which included £1m to reduce debt interest was then placed before the eoy. Therefore that statement relates to the latest raise which has occurred. In my view no further raise required.

I assume they did not envisage the raise but came under pressure from the creditors to make a payment. AIMHO

Personally to remove the so called cancer I would start with ggg aka navigator closely followed by alligator and stas. That would then allow positivity to shine through. These 4 will never be happy and to think you can create a new management team at the click of a finger is pure fantasy

SS…..whilst the raise was not a welcome sight at least it brought closure to the ongoing debacle. Having said that we have a new INVESTOR who invested £5m and holds 15% of the company currently along with solace on the board. I suspect he did that after DD so I am happy to know that things will improve.

When will people accept the current position (albeit with a heavy heart) and start to look forward. Enough of this negativity as right now a new investor would be eyei g a potential large profit!!

A new cornerstone investor has spent in excess of £5m and has a seat on the board to ensure his investment is well spent. There are no financial caveats from the bank and we are going on line with new drills. If you cannot see the benefit of this through your negativity then don’t invest.

In fact I would suggest you don’t invest as you are emotionally attached. You can get 4% in a fixed term cash isa if you are quick as I think this would improve your mental health. My view only

123…..you ask who would support PB. Well you got your answer yesterday with a group that now own more than 15% of the company and have a member on the board. Based on that alone I will continue to support the current management as I assume dd would have been done by the investors.

So immediately 15% will not support any proposal you may think you have. Your Herculean efforts would be much better spent supporting the company or selling out if you do not believe in its future. My view only. Good morning.

Well someone has just INVESTED over £5 million and now own over 15% of the company so I think they will have done dd before committing such funds. Personally I think that having a committed cornerstone holder is probably the best news we have had for ages.

This draws a line in the sand, allows future delivery to be value added and brings to an end the uncertainty.

This is an opportunity for PB to deliver or else there will be nowhere for him to hide moving forward. I look forward to a buy out around 60p plus this time next year.

ASI …you start off with your views which fine as you know as much as anybody else regarding the worth of the diamonds. And then you drop to mockery of people which shows the individual that you are…..a vile person who gets enjoyment from degrading others. It is people like you that have dragged this country down to the level it is now.
