Typo, hoping TOMCO find the funding
Heavy Sweet Oil have agreed to pay TomCo US$10,000 per month for its services, with the agreement backdated to start from 1 January 2022.
Plus that starting from now on the THSii lease, an refiner is paying US$10,000 per month starting 1st march 2022 plus $3 on every barrel produced on the 10,000bpd refinery.
I’m hoping to come find the funding for the 90% payment for TSHii and to payback Valkor the $1.5 mill deposite for the 10% of TSHii… this in situ drill test and hopefully full production in June will bring in some coffers asap

Ditto, sucks big time. Starting to annoy me now. This should of been an easy transition.
Yep not sure why its dipped or people selling so close to the 2nd march cut off date to hold for dividends. 3rd is ex-diva date so some may sell to chase other high end divvy payers… unless its payday at end of month?

I just checked interactive investor and nothing showing like yours, so i guess they are still in the process of tendering all the nominees, wish they get their skates on..
@hertstrader
I would hazard an educated guess that the placing was at .005 and the sp has now been consistently up to .0067 and back down to .006 then up which seems to me that if the likes of contour have been selling around this price other investors have been buying up anywhere between .006 to .007 I’m no expert nor a MM and the complexities of the market does at times baffle my logical understanding..
But i would go as far as to day TOMCO is very compelling right now, from coming out of the shadows of PQE and working with Valkor they seem to be carving out a nice little niche and what seems on paper a fantastic revenue generator over a 10 to 20yr period if they grow organically and manage themselves sensibly.
@ET ALL
Word to the wise , a few are predicting sp movements as if ten to a penny. Those that said .007 is coming then saw the sp drop like a stone to .006 should not make precarious predictions. You are defiantly not the Market Makers, this board does not need your 1 minute updates, it cloggs up the important flow of info needed for genuine investors…
Best stagger your buying in lower bulks of like a million here 2 million there etc…don’t wanna show too much interest ;-)
@vauch
Potentially yes, if well managed. Could be a buy out target and or a good dividend payer too? This is what attracts me to investing around 20 million shares or more when 3rd march should be PQE money in my account..
Picking up in the PQE reddit forum, people now understand the potential revenue value. Won’t be long until 28th feb PQE pay day and some of that cash will be invested into tomco
@vauch, maybe we should asked that twitter guy who follows?tracks Elon musk private plane i think lol.. i just hope that the TOMCO BoD have learned from PQE past mistakes and have listened to Steven Boyle of Valkor, and taken on board some savvy business sense (which it seems they have so far, a lot has been happening the last 6 months than i have ever seen from Tomco in recent years) and as we know from the PQE back story of the Clean Oil Recovery Technology and the POSP closed loop process, the Nr future REVENUEs will compound itself and pay back costs…the PQE story may be ending but the Tomco/Valkor story ids just beginning and a very exciting one at that, assuming all the planets and ducks are aligned and the Mayan prophecies come true lol…in all seriousness as long as the Tomco Bod keep their heads on there shoulders and curve out a really great niche with the guidance and help from Valkor i can see a bright future ahead and that’s what is compelling to investors.

@vauch and fadec92
As far as my interpretation and from what I’ve read and concluded from some great feed back on reddit and ceo.ca. The recent news from PQE is just legal obligations for the sec and tsxv regulations concerning the fair valuation report on behalf of shareholders, and yes it does SEEM odd to release these now so close to the vision dead line of 28th feb.. some are hoping for another bidder to Miraculously appear (who knows in their crazy environment ) in the next two weeks. 74 cents is a very fair value this side of the fence, as we know PQE is worth a whole lot more but management have fudged it up somewhat and have been unlucky with delays, Covid and weather. I feel (they ) could of done more on the PR side of things, i guess we will never Truly know the Extent of their efforts behind the scenes.
In general i feel that Pi investors big or small should take an even more active role in the (business side of things, they invest in) and hold the BoD and Management to account, putting the right amount of pressure and voting rights into practice and areas of realistic expectations and not just for the sake of a BoD lifestyle pay check increase each year. There are a lot of investors out there who are/were, now retired in high payed corporate jobs and have insights in corporate actions and governance and are investing into companies long term.. we can only do our research and DD and all the while link the findings helping investors be more informed and wiser (fingers crossed) better than P&D and trolls misinforming and scaring of newbies..

@eviking

Hi guys, I’m looking to open a sipp with interactive investor brokers. Can someone explain why the tax is nil in a sipp, yet with a w8bn form in a stock isa it gets reduced from 30% to 15% WHT. Which i get as i have one set up already, just the sipp bit i need to know cheers
