I will second that quantum star..
@Reaper007
Hi reaper007. Yep all is good for now? Have had a few ups and downs over the last year or so (not just covid related) so its ok to sometimes feel not ok, and explore those heavier times that weigh on us like a big cross to be carried on our backs..
I have Taken a different view and enjoy relearning the old philosophies of life that hold true in our human hearts and psyche.. it puts the petty and foolish in our humanity to shame and at the mercy and folly of those ignorant and bitter of their own misfortune.
Looking back at 2020 when we hit condensate at icewine (my, how time has cruelly flown by) for us 88er’s and when all looked bleak as bleak could be described and all but a glimmer of hope was but a dream, who could of thought that today we would be in such an Opportunistic and fortuitous position with many twists and turns in an unravelling drama that is set in the whitened laced Icing landscape of Alaska and the relentless quest for oil exploration. Here’s wishing too all you investors that this year, is the year. We know how unforgiving the annual Alaskan winter can be and i hope most have diversified into other opportunities long ago to ease the financial pain of the risks still ominously present and taken to trading healthy strategies to average down somewhat to more bearable levels and reclaimed some profit to put into safer hands.
Have to say the future does look better for 88e and a change of diversed Scenery into other places in the USA will broaden our base And with new revenue streams to build on it can only be a good thing if well managed. Remember SONY started with very humble Beginnings selling rice cooking pots and NOKIA started literally at the bottom selling toilet paper.

@liquid1
I recon add another week as we have a TD of 8000ft of which roughly 2000ft was for blow out preventer and surface casing. So 6000 to go.

@not_sure
Yep gotta keep those goodies close to your chest until the right time, the time in between is important too. I suspect the re-rate for tomco wont get going until June after the drilling test results and then permit for production is on..vivakor will be ready by then. Haven’t tomco got $30,000 coming in on the rent side of things now plus 50% royalties on sand and $3 per barrel on 10k produced.. for those patience this price at the mo is a steal, just sooooooo frustrating to see the sp slip back near to the .005 placing price. You would think that all the brokers notes and presentations and new deals hitting us that TOMCO would be much higher, strange how others see it than those with longer term value.
@VAUCH
Me too vauch, extremely frustrating but patience is needed and a bit of faith that Tomco are ticking the boxes needed to go through Necessary hurdles and hoops to attain permits, funding and production costs. I personally think the $145 million needed will include the TSHII %90 payment, VALKOR TSHII %10 loan payment, and production funding for the three in situ Wells and the principle 5k posp cort plant. The maths seem to add up to all three.. and its encouraging that the PQE CORT is still mentioned and still on track to go forward using the PQE liscence?
EXCERPT FROM JAN RNS PLACING.
The net proceeds of the Placing are currently expected to provide the Company with sufficient funds to cover its corporate operating expenses through to Q1 2023, as well as the costs associated with drilling three exploration wells on the TSHII site, as further described below.
Additionally, the net proceeds will be applied to cover the Company's expenses in relation to a due diligence exercise, expected to commence shortly, in order to secure funding of up to US$145 million to Greenfield. Whilst there is no certainty that such funding arrangements will be concluded, or as to the terms of any such funding, such non-equity funding, if secured, would enable Greenfield to acquire the remaining 90% of the Membership Interests in TSHII and cover the currently estimated construction costs of an initial 5,000 barrel per day oil production plant and requisite associated supporting infrastructure to enable the future mining of oil baring sands at the TSHII site.
@bridgedogg1
Sounds like it possible in the grand scheme of things, makes sense. Not sure how Tomco will go about this but I’m sure it will involve more revenue streams for sure as it all adds up to securing “a loan” and also getting to that TSHii 90% + Valkor 10% stumped up to help us pay Initially. All paid off by years end asap
@vauch
When do you see (if and when) PQE shareholders get their offer money then vauch…
( INVESTOR INTEREST IN TOMCO )
For sure. Reading on the still ongoing PQE investor Reddit website. And from ceo.ca website there is still good interest in buying Tomco if or when PQE investors get paid on the 18th April roughly…on avg expect some Chucky buys of around 10m to 20m for those who are serious about to come long term 5yr 10yr growth and potential dividends..
@vauch
Are we not bringing in $30,000 now x2 rent leases and x1 in consultancy? How much does that equate to current MC
Apart from the rent front the two recent deals $10,000 per month each, vivakor said they will be up and running by end of June. So from July to December to come have until then to come up with the 90% for TSHII ..plus Valkor loan for the 10% of TSHII..hoping more deals come in between then.. and us PQE holders get paid on the 17th April
From what i could read up on vivakor they have struggled over the last few years like PQE, to market their “magic sauce” to their particular patent. what i found interesting is that since the gulf war there has been 500million tonnes of oil spillage waiting to be remediated…(not including the Gulf of Mexico, to canadas tar sand toxic tale ponds) it beggars beyond belief what mankind can fixing up in an insane short time, Mother Nature i can understand as its a natural cycle of things but us humans need to grow up fast… sorry for little rant.
Also forgot to mention they have had two major share split ratios and not for the better, i just hope it will now turn around for them now that they can team up with tomco and get a proper foot in the door and grow organically with us in Utah, plenty for everyone i say.. reminds me of the first companies to do fracking in Texas when it was deemed not as popular at the time due to costs..
Was i right in hearing that asphalt cement is $500 per ton…with 15,000 acres tomco is looking like a really good growth play and potential divvy’s too.. one of those rare sleepers that happens to be at the right place at the right time, especially working with VALKOO and PETROTEQ energy.. sometimes i think is this still too good to be true, but TOMCO doing and ticking all the right boxes moving in the right direction getting permits and deals to bring in revenue and rent…in a few years time this will be a dream share….
@fadec92 and @soulac
Cheers for the posting and feed back much appreciated….
@soulac15:21
I was under the impression and i may have missed some figures that to come only held 750 acers. Actually permitted..but if it is what you said and is 15,488 that is great…
@soulac14:50
And too add previously does the 200 tons of performance grade asphalt product, fall into the same asphalt pricing from Tom of presentation a few months back of $105 or has it gone higher since?
Blooming typo’s my iPad stuck on American dictionary lol meant to say EVRAZ not friggin vera lol.
Just to let you guys know the 1.808 mill sell at 10:04 is in fact a buy coz I bought it…unbelievable how MM re-write theses buy/sells..the next three buys straight after were mine too. Over 4.7 million shares ;-) oh happy days. Just got out of Vera’s this morning before trading halt and saw the good news from Tomco…
@brenbrad 8:54
What is your opinion that 88e has more share dilution than last year and would this be weighted against the sp rising beyond 5p depending on news, or has the USA otc market underpinned 88e somewhat since this time last year. Plus with all the new potential oil discoveries which have come to light since has this given 88e more potential against the share dilution
