Apollo could be a winner here, everything now disclosed, no reason to spend millions on DD, Sidara/ Deloitte audit complete, offer on the table, additional finance that is required now known.

Since becoming Sidara it hasn't managed to aquire anything, this is why I think that Sidara will pay top price this time to the make sure the deal is finally done. This will make Sidara the biggest consulting engineering company in the world which means more then spending extra pounds to acquire the company instead of walking away with nothing.
