Yes Ginger I do realise it’s a LONG TERM INVESTMENT and have been here around 10 years, you however have been here 5 minutes and will be gone in a few months when you realise Bond has mislead you.

Some years ago when Bond was promoted to CEO he said he would take the SP from 7p to £7, he took it to 85p and then back to 27p when realisation kicked in that none of his MOUs were worth the paper they were written on.

Speedy obviously think it’s too risky to just buy the systems from AFC and would rather halve the risk by doing a joint venture where AFC also take on half the risk. At no point in the past has Bond ever intimidated a joint venture with a hire company, he’s always hinted at selling systems to end users ( no sign of this yet) and selling to hire companies. The SP IS based on future forecasts and Bonds track record is priced in !

I totally agree red, they’re looking for start ups so AFC would be perfect….I mean they’ve been developing the tech for 15 years but they’re still in commercial terms a start up.

If you look back over the last year we had a total of 10, yes 10 RNSs that related to product news or deployment news, less than one a month for a company that has been on the cusp for what 3-4 years now, accelerating towards sales, on the glidepath, at the start of hockey stick sales curve (Bond is really going to resent using that one), growing order pipeline, how best to announce the order book. There were no product or sales RNSs for the whole of last August or September, must be a quiet period for AFC with holidays lol.

The green hydrogen produced from this technique has the potential to fuel AFC Energy’s H-Power fuel cell systems, thereby opening up methane as a candidate carrier of green hydrogen for AFC Energy’s low-cost power generation.

Under this agreement, the two companies have agreed to enter into a Commercialisation Agreement that will see AFC Energy obtain global preferential rights to integrate HiiROC’s plasma-based technology with its proprietary H-Power fuel cell, including an initial reduction in hydrogen cost to AFC Energy derived from the system (cumulatively valued at £2m).

I’d like to know what’s happening with hiiroc, looks like they are open for business and with AFC having a £100k investment in them you’d think we should be afforded an update on our investment.
