AFC Energy and ICL have agreed terms to incorporate the JV, with further detailed terms to be agreed between the parties. Once established, the JV will initially acquire AFC Energy's pilot ammonia cracking plant and hydrogen compression system in Q4 2025 (subject to permitting requirements) with initial revenues expected in early 2026. This will be followed by the sale of Hy-5 units to the JV once productionised.

Admit it, you think someone may be announced and you don’t want to miss out. There’s lots of news other than sales that could push this higher. This is being held back because of the Bond overhang of mistrust, that overhang will soon be a distant memory, serious discussions are now taking place, not the fairy tale discussions that Bond had, directors are putting serious amounts of cash in. It’s not long until the prototype cracker gets moved and starts producing hydrogen, for me that will be bigger news than sales right now, that will be cast iron proof that it works reliably and is hopefully a disruptive technology.

For someone who keeps saying nothing will happen for 2 years you sure spend a lot of time here.

No it doesn’t defy logic, if a company is valued at £10 and has issued 10 shares at £1 each, then issues another 10 shares, each share is then worth 50p. The new shares haven’t hit the market yet as there was no RNS.

I do realise that HH, but the fact is the sp is the valuation of the company divided by the number of shares. Tomorrow when the additional shares hit the market the value of each share will go down, while the valuation of the company is what is already priced in by the market, plus I don’t think most PIs value AFC based on how much cash they have in the bank.

The market has known about the dilution for a while but you do realise that when the physical number of shares increases yours are worth less ? I suspect you don’t realise that…

Just checked RNS’s, they had delivery of a power tower 3 years ago this month. I do remember many people saying don’t be so impatient these things take time lol.

CN, how long do you think from a site visit to Skanska deciding to order some ? Acciona have had theirs for ? Is it over a year ago ? And still no sign of an order.
