Charles Jillings, CEO of Utilico, energized by strong economic momentum across Latin America. Watch the video here.
I haven’t watched the interview yet but I’m guessing this hasn’t happened -
Once established, the JV will initially purchase 30kW H-Power Generators from AFC Energy for a consideration of c.£2m in aggregate. The first of these systems are expected to be available later this year.
Standard pattern of sp movement, fundraiser incoming therefore don’t release any news in advance, let the sp slide while at the same time offer a 20% discount to institutional investors then release all news with the annual results and try to make it sound like there’s lots going on (in the background).
No company waits until they have no cash left before a fundraiser, they need 12 months capital to be a going concern, therefore a fundraise incoming in the next few months. Part of the fundraiser was to provide warranties, what a joke when they haven’t sold anything. Maybe the next fundraiser will be to provide warranties ? Or like the last fundraiser to put systems on shelves etc etc
The same RNS from 2020 again also mentions mass production in anticipation of multi unit orders that have simply not materialised. How many years of failure is a CEO allowed ? Until the money runs out ?
I don’t think that’s something they will have to worry about somehow. If everything was going well and a bumper RNS was about to be announced there would be a lot of buying, there is none…
Of course Bond hit all targets because none of them mention revenue !
Delivery to ABB of a 200kw system in 2023 turned into manufacturing will be completed in 2023 followed by certification in 2024 which could take months.
#ENOWA is pioneering the way for a greener future by realizing the sustainable possibilities of water.
Our Network Data Engineer, Amaal Aljohani, is innovating and using her skills to enable our Water team to develop a smart and connected water system.
If only they knew about AFC, oh wait, they do. If only we had large systems available to buy now, oh wait, we don’t.
Maybe one day.
March 2023
The validation saw the successful delivery of over 100kW of cumulative net power output from the stacks, exceeding contracted targets, and positions AFC Energy well as it enters into the next phase with ABB E-mobility to deliver on a modular hydrogen fueled, zero emission 200kW hydrogen power generator this year.
THIS YEAR 2023, now mid Feb 2024 and zero news.
None of you care about Garonnes mental health or anyone else’s on here, you just say what you say to try and discredit those that have repeatedly called it correctly for over 10 years that Bond is the wrong man for the job. He has never ever delivered anything commercial in his career at AFC, Link, or anywhere else. Time for a change, we need someone with experience and a solid track record of commercial delivery, should be easy with the salary on offer.
Funny because 2021 was apparently a transformational year for AFC,
AFC Energy PLC (AIM:AFC, OTC:AFGYF) has provided an update for the year to 31 October it described as “transformational”, with the new year expected to the deployment of several new fuel cell systems on the market, including from its new product range.
The London-listed company said the outlook for 2022 is “very strong”, with recent commercial orders and the certification of its fuel cell systems and crackers for maritime installation making the value of alkaline fuel cell technologies across its various addressable markets “increasingly apparent”.
