Agree simon, my monies on takeover at basement price, personally i cant imagine anybody else wanting all the baggage from BOo's history hanging around in a merger.

Also think you've hit the nail on the head with the execs, they have just sat quietly by and watched their business get torn to shreds by the media, appaling managerial failures and poor practices galore. They havent said a word or done a thing to counter the hammering the firm has justly had to endure, for year after year. I cant imagine anybody would want them involved moving forwards.
