pete, trick with walking is FAST and LONG, dawdles round the block make F all difference. Much better than running too as it doesnt overload your knee joints (i wont get detailed). My exercise of choice - can make 25 miles down the swcp in 5 hours easy peasy, even my poor dog cant keep up lol. Good man!
