echief, now that is indeed good news for ezj, totally missed that announcement as i think most have here. So as the business now seems brexit proof we've all just got to establish why the sp has dropped so much and not climbed back up. Im also very surprised why Ezj havent made more of a some and dance about being able to carry on post brexit with no hinderances, especially given all the media hysteria about "dont book after 29/3" and "9 months open sky agreement only" thats been floated this last few weeks. EZJ your PR people are missing a trick i think there.

best place in the world to be when the weather is nice mate, miserable as sin in the winter drizzle and wind though. Im just south of Newquay airport so around 20 miles from Wadebridge, dont go there very often oddly. St Ives is my favourite day out of choice, some excellent foodie places, nice coastal walks and easy parking if you know the right spots.

ken, same here mate, i only have £6k tied in there (down about £600) so no great sweat to hold onto. Im a positive person in the main, i beleive in my country and its people so once the initial brexit troubles settle down again i recon the UK economy will fly anyway, so its just a waiting game as you say, sometimes patience is the best tool an investor has. Wish i could say the same for bl00dy glenda though lol

Any other cynics out there like me that think that this sudden closure of Gatwicik due to drones ( which only fly for a while anyway and nobody seems to be able to locate) is a ploy by the powers that be to have a 'dummy run' testing out how prepared we would be for a sudden ceasation in foreign flying due to brexit? Seems very odd to me for the army to be called in what 'could' be a few kids messing about with a £20 toy, more likely to quell any civil disturbance maybe. thoughts anyone?

ken, im the same mate, but not in too heavily. Bottom draw income earner for a few years i think, they do earn a good pile of cash so divi should be sustainable, but may reduce it just to keep the % more reasonable.

ken, lloys have been sliding on brexit news for weeks mate, they are so heavily focussed on the UK and all the doom mongering scare stories are knocking confidence in them. i have a few thousand of those and have seen them slide too - and i expect it to continue until some sort of deal is done, if that actually happens.

brexit is killing uk specifics - lloyds is getting pounded daily, almost a guaranteed perfect buy for shorters.

no arguments from me there but it all comes together wrapped up in the same package. Less polluting and resource hungry to thump out a segway (better equivalents out there) than a full sized electric car. The pollution for all such behicles is at the front end when manufactured, its a misconception that they pollute less when the full cycle is considered.

in a city electric cars are definately not the definitive answer, they still take up road space and need large areas to be parked on for most of the day, charging infrastructure for each type etc etc. The real answer for cities is smaller single person electric vehicles such as segways, bikes, scooters. These are fine for short commutes, dont take up vast amounts of parking or road space and charge quicker with considerably less powerful power supplies. Only problem is the shitty weather and you dont get a big boot to put the odd bit of shopping in. Of course, these wont take off as the government havent worked out a way to tax them yet.
