i recon you could be right with that as well billy. Ivan may already be minted but those sorts always want more and money does go to money afterall, with such a stake he's clearly going to want to drive the business to his own maximum advantage as his retirement gets closer. If they keep on top of the debt and still make oodles of cash i can see a few bumper payouts in a couple of years to top up his balance too. Its all good from here i think.

billy, every time i buy our glenda she drops back and im underwater for a little while. im a totally rubbish day trader mate and recognise that easily enough, i just hold till it recovers and Glen always does that with her volatility. its a decent business, i beleive insulated by its huge diversity and neccesity from most surprises that come along. id love to pick the tops and bottoms yet never manage it so never make big bucks on my trades but as long as i win more than i lose im comfy with that i suppose. Anyway, she'll go down now cos ive bought just wait and see lol.

well gents, im back in at 311 with 40k shares, shes been up and down a tad these last few days but as divi day gets closer shes not dropping that much either here or in the states, so bugger it, monies gone back in awaiting the inevitable rise. Will hold for a while if required.

ken, yes mate it passed. Always take it to the council depot as it needs a cat7 MOT, the blokes there are used to dealing with shitty old neglected comercial trucks and things, so makes a nice change to get my pride and joy to check over.

i use an ipad for my share trading and find thats ideal, a smart phones just too small and fiddly andthey annoy me needing cha4ging all the time. i have a works samsung s9 but dont get on with it, think smart phones have taken over peoples lives nowadays and i'll just sit out for the morning and pick up wheni get back.
