how times change hey boys, not so long ago we were all looking for figures in the 400's. Now we'd be pleased to see anything around the 240 mark. Bloody annoying old glen used to be so reliable with the ups and downs, just downs of late but i recon the old dog will get there in the end just need extra patience.

Gotta change sometime though, i dont think the business worlds at a much worse place than say 12 months back in reality, just a little less predictable with the orange man and of course the modern investor doesnt like uncertanty or have patience anylonger, the fast buck is the holy grail.

Was on soft solids for the 34 days parole, got admitted on Saturday and have had nothing to eat since, will be starting on liquid food again later today as ii can tolerate fluids and they are passing through whats left of my digestive tract ok again now, so time to upp the anty and get some calories in. Same trouble as i had last time but a faster fightback this time which is good. I was hoping to stay in longer - my 20th wedding anniversary next wednesday and she'll want me to spend money - if im stuck here i have an excuse not to lol :)
