On the bright side Ken, Sage et al, at least them nasty coughin troubles gives you a decent excuse to 'lose' a few bottles of scotch over the break.

With Family far away from me, we always travel North early on Christmas morning to meet up for a big family and friends dinner and party, so we traditionally do Christmas a day early in my house so we can spend time with those we love at this time of year. Accordingly, it is now Christmas eve at DT's, christmas will be celebrated tomorrow with all the usual trimmings in advance of our normal road trip and gathering.
Id like to wish all contributors on here the very best of seasons greetings for the real Christmas day, may all your wishes come true, whatever they may be.
Id especially like to thank all the many kind people who have supported and encouraged me with kind words laughs jokes daft videos etc over this last year, you have made my personal struggles with cancer so much easier to deal with. I can never thank you all enough.
Last friday I finally had the christmas present i dreamed and have fought hard for over the last 18 months, a short phone call from the hospital, giving me the all clear from the big C after my latest scan. I am officially now free of that dreadful disease :)
I hope you all enjoy the most fantastic Christmas, and that you and yours get the gift your heart desires the most, whatever that may be. Merry Christmas to you all.

Must have been more true to the story taking place in a similar environment but i just cant imagine it without the cold UK weather. Good friend of mine and his kids flew to Austria today for Christmas in the snow, lucky buggers.

dont really take much notice of the buys/sells on here scoop, but your right, looks like some big ones on Friday which can only bode well for next opening day. Im guessing that the 9million buy was Billy opening his wallet and topping up a bit :)
